Hi Tabi!! There's a fun fact about the Mandarin fruit I want to tell you. Here in Brazil, this fruit has at least four different names, according to certain regions of the country. The most common name of this fruit is "Tangerina". It's also known as "Mexerica" or "Bergamota" or even "Mimosa". Where I live, in the southern region, we call it Bergamota. The dinner looked absolutely delicious. Tofu is so versatile. I always thought of it as a meat substitute but never thought of including them in one dish togther. I'm still getting used to the big table.I love it when its cold or rainey outside and Im somewhere dry, warm and cozy, Its just a warm fuzzy feeling....and I sleep so well. Sorry it took so long to respond. Oh....you sleep with your head towards the door....I can't do that. Id never sleep! Love all you do Be safe - Be well

Your videos inspired me to make my own camper :) Mines a little bit bigger (enough to live in with a bed).
Have you considered a tiny wood stove? I'm in a cold area of the country, so needed to keep warm... and installed a "cubic mini". This thing can get my camper up to 90+ when it's 10 outside.
I've even used it to cook a potato in it!! And warm up water on it all the time. A nice wood stove in cold weather is the best.
Io continuo a pensare che quel tavolo occupi tutto lo spazio e sia scomodo. Avrei preferito un tavolino richiudibile o attaccato ad una parete per poi essere richiuso su di essa. Per il resto, guardo sempre con piacere. Non vedo l'ora del giorno della settimana dove Tabi-ie pubblica il video.
