Pelagic Gooseneck Barnacles

Pelagic Gooseneck Barnacles are found, often in large numbers, attached by their flexible stalks to floating timber, the hulls of ships, piers, pilings and assorted flotsam. These were on a large log that washed up on the previous high tide.
