Chef or not....if a person is good they are good. For eg, I'm a good cook n my mum was my teacher. So now i make the best roti, gulaab jamoon, chicken curry, biryani etc for my family. Stop with all the negative comments.
They say colour of the food also has to be appetizing. But in all the episodes I see the meat looks uncooked and some odd colour. I wonder whether it's fully cooked or not.
If u take protein more than ur body requirements then it'll cause ur kidney failure....heart problems....the normal protein requirements are as if have body weight 60 kg then ur daily protein requirement is 60 gm...and if u have 80kg then 80gm requirement of protein..
This think foe plastic free and garbage free and clean place should be said in hindi instead punishment should be like if one area or toen is kept clean for 6 months they will get a reward Even if small people like who earns daily wages if you give them small package of ration as a reward or clothings or per person 500 rupess people will surely work on to keep swatch bharat task continually on sounds good
