Kararey Bhindi Aloo :
Oil for deep frying
2 Diced Potatoes
500gm Chopped lady finger (Bhindi)
Deep fry
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Row mango powder
Freshly chopped coriander
1/2 tsp Coriander powder

White Fish Curry :
Dry roast 4 tbsp of raw rice
Grind it with coconut milk and water to form a paste
3-4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Ginger paste
2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tsp Chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
5-6 Cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp Vinegar
4 Fish pieces
Cook for 15-20 min
Freshly chopped coriander
Cook for 2min

Ahinsha parmo dharma kisi bhi jiv ko maro nahi. Jivhinsha karne se khudko bhi marna padta hai is janam k bad bhi dusre janam hai usme apko jivhinsha ka pap ka vo fal bhugtna padega. Ab ye mat kahena ki pad podhe me bhi jiv hote hai, sabji ko khate samay khun nahi dikhta lekin nonveg khane me khun dikhta hai or man jyada hinshak ban jata hai.

It would be better fry the fish lightly with the oil before the fishes put the rice milk. Because fish has lot of smell that’s why many people don’t like fish, after fry the fish it would be rid of the like raw smell 🤢
