i think its the entitlement that some of the celebrities have that has really bothered the general public and pandemic and ott platform has thrown filmmakers off and they don't know what to do and there is basic lack of creativity and authenticity and the disconnect between filmmakers and audience and they should spend money on script writers and technology rather then on PR and designers. all and all i am someone who likes to watch movies and i am not in favour of boycott culture.
bro the thing is they started filming years ago and 10 years ago love story as a main plot would be really good that time and also because of pandemic they couldn't release movie for 2-3 years more so they have to release it now. It takes 3-4 years to make a good film while ott ones take 3-4 months only so for watching movie for the current audience u have to wait for a year more.

If the film is about astraverse and Indian mythology and to go in terms of love Story as a backdrop..it will not hold the film screenplay wise and for that writing and dialogues has to be on point and honestly it's really not.

seriously when i watched the movie i was like ha bhai mehnat to ki hai the storyline is excellent and the vfx are super good ,the only problem were the dialogues that's it overall i think that this trilogy can give india its own universe and it was a pretty good movie i think, bollywood needed a new genre also i hope that in part two there will be a little less forced romantic story but more of the brahmastra. thats all they need to learn before making the part 2

Illogical songs and unnecessary love story
Just VFX. That's why I like CHRISTOPHER NOLAN'S films. He use only those elements which are required no overuse and no underuse.
Missing storyline? If u really like Hollywood and Christopher Nolan u would have known that a movie with 3 parts needs a baseline story in 1st part in order for it to continue to end and 3rd and more if there are. So u cant fill everything in 1 part. The 1st is always introductory. Ye wai Nolan fan lagre ho aap jo 1 Nolan movie 3 bar dekhte h samjhne k lie

Brahmastra mein strong baseline missing hai and sabkuch remaining parts ke liye leave kar diya. Coming back to Nolan's Trilogy in BATMAN BEGINS, Bruce Wayne ka pura character develop kiya gaya, why he choose to be the hero of Gotham, and villain ko iss tarah se portray kiya ki woh start mein Friend, middle mein rebel and end mein villain banta. Love story toh Bruce and Rachel ki bhi reflect hui thi but unko zabardasti har 5-5 minutes mein nhi add kiya gaya and BATMAN BEGINS jab 2005 mein release hui thi tab VFX itne consider nhi hote the. Sirf pure story hoti thi. THAT'S WHY STORY IS A HERO. BASICALLY BRAHMASTRA ke makers hume VFX bechkar superhuman love story dikha rahe hai and kuch log dekh bhi rahe hai. Over the years ek pattern india mein observe hua hai ki agar hum VFX dikhakar 💩💩💩 bhi sell karne ka try hoga toh log woh bhi dekhne bhaag jayege. I hope you got your answer.

Brahmastra can be easily defined as great scripting, amazing visuals and vfx, weirdly focused on the love story which doesn't make any sense but can be accepted as it was written 10 years ago and poetic dialogues were quite the trend. This made the actors not able to perform to their full potential but the movie still stood up pretty well and is worth watching. If this movie really performs well, the 2nd and 3rd part might actually correct the errors to become a masterpiece of bollywood. The boycott trend to is actually affecting the sales of the movie and really the stupidest arguements can be seen to boycott anything. Just isn't fair for the content produced
