That's crazy, cost just as much as the boosted but double the power, range, & comfort.
Exactly!!
@VoteBrexit Party1212 I dont think that is what would make it suck at all. lol! I mean Boosted cant get off city streets and has no suspension. Honestly, Ive not seen anyone on a boosted board yet but thats probably because of the price tho.
TheRhonda77 woosh
The Rev has horrible battery range.
And it can go offroad, won't toss you hitting a pebble or wear out a set of $80 urethane wheels in a month. Electric longboards suck.
"We recommend wearing a helmet and protective gear" *shows a guy wearing a bicycle helmet, t-shirt, and shorts* Good job.
Yeah but....how cool did he look?
Should of had a snapback and a ciggy.
I'm pretty sure they just used some stock footage, and haven't even used the thing. A real review would have an actual reviewer and not just a VoiceOver.
All i use is a bike helment. And pads. Alot do.
Lolz
Great review! Just so you know, the music was slightly too loud and repetitive, almost to the point of being distracting! Just thought I'd let you guys know :) Otherwise, very informative and engaging vid!
Very professional sounding review and voice over there.
A little tip from the viewing perspective - drop background soundtrack by 10% and raise commentary audio by 10%.
I found myself sometimes showing more of my attention to the video footage and background music as opposed to the video footage and your commentary track. Just a bit of friendly feedback for future content should you still be approaching this style of review going forward.
Nonetheless a very nice review of this scooter. I know that 1600 can be seen as pricey, but imho I think it is a waste unless you need real budget 400 dollar stuff to make a scooter and not put dual motors and dual disc brakes. They dont have to be 1000w motors and top of the line discs, they could just be 300/500 watt motors.
Thanks for the content, thanks thumbs up - watching from 🇬🇧
For those in the US, look up turbowheel lightning. It’s the exact same scooter rebranded and is a bit cheaper.
Daveco321 , it’s not cheaper at all ! I’m getting ready to purchase a Turbowheel Lightning and it’s about the same price, however it does have better upgrades that are included.
Ice Q5 same scooter much cheaper
Noticed the cap wouldn't stay on like on my Zero 9. A piece of teflon tape wrapped around the treads will keep the cap in place.
"I've got a full battery, you're not going anywhere!"
X3
This thing is awesome! I use my KnowPed and a huge backpack for groceries, but when I get older... X3
I have the Zero 10x version of this. I have had mine to 38mph. You
should only do this on a very smooth road. The steering geometry leaves
much to be desired and it will easily get away from you the faster you
go. Rough roads demand extra concentration. It is so squirmy that you
do not dare take one hand off the bars to scratch you nose or to get
that bug out of your eye. My feeling is that it should have the same
sort of trailing geometry that motorcycles have but this is far from the
case. This probably somewhat due to the 10" wheels, but I'm sure
someone could make this better. The suspension is pretty good, but the
steering stalk does not instill confidence at all. It creaks ever time
you touch it and constantly on rough roads along with a little be a play
at the base where the clamps are supposed to hold it to be more rigid.
10 hours to charge. It you are going to commute with this, I hope you
are working long hours so you can charge it to come home.
Yeh the stem does squak a lot. falconpev has started preorders on a new clamp that will be shipped out in the end of october. I've already preordered it!
There is no control on these merchants and manufacturers who deploy scooters able to reach 100Km/h, what a crazy and stupid thing!
They do this so they can sell more, kids want faster and faster scooters and they don't care about the max range.
I got the Emove Cruiser and the brakes make noise all the time and every scooter will always have a problem.
The battery takes 13 hours to charge because stupid merchant supply the scooter with a cheap $20 2 Amp charger!
I got a zero 10x 5 months ago and to follow are the problems I have had with it and the plus points:
1) i got a puncture in the first 4 days of owning it and had to drill the hole out (I bought it from the same company I got the bike from) to make the new tube valve stem fit. Also the tube was outsized and folded over in the tire making it so that slime liquid rubber would not seal.
2) The nuts are very poor quality and a loose fit with a good set of allen keys.. One of the rear shock absorber nuts fell out after owning it for three months (I did tighten when purchased). Surely they could use a nut that goes all of the way through with a cotter pin to keep it in rather than one on each side.
3) After owning it for two months (1,500 km) the steering loosened up and became very sticky at the center position, dangerous around corners as it sticks and lets go. Apparently this is something they set up to hold the steering in a straight line.
I have heard good things about their build quality, however, I am not a fan.
Plus point:
1) very zippy and fun to ride.
2) I get over 50 km range at 20 kph.
My take: at $2,500 dollars aud very overpriced for the quality. i could buy a motorcycle for this price.
Thanks. I was just about to buy it, but you changed my mind.
Where are the plus points
@@aleks_ivanov Did you find any other nice e bikes instead?
@@henrikjansson3849 I did - but it was in Poland and I didn't find a way to be delivered to my country, so I bought a new PC instead and continued commuting via car. This year I might buy one.
This is my dream scooter and il buy this in 2 years or so for now my first scooter is a kugoo s1 pro i hope il learn fast so i can manage this 10x like a pro
I personally would go look at most 1000w 48v electric scooters that are off road... i have a viper blade 1000 it cost uk £440 and will do exactly the same as the x10... the viper vlade will go 30mph and if riden slow in eco mode will get you around 24 miles on semi flat ground if you weigh about 85kg..
Also the x10 is 5kg more and costs an incredible amount considering the viper blade costs 1/4 of the x10 and can do the same job just as well...
@@milkncheese1 Not exactly, the viper blade wont give you the same as the 10x, the zero 10x give you a more comfotable ride, a litle bit more range and speed, also a good Point worth considering at least for me personally is the build quality and design
However, The Viper Blade is a really good option for the money
Rode on one newyear eve . Best nye ever . Saving hard 😂
Subscribed and ordered the zero 9 and pre ordered the zero 10 thanks for the discount code
Did you get your zero 9 and 10? And if you did. How do you like them?
rottimus prime. They are awesome, great decisions, thanks for asking , they did ship very fast even though the 10 showed out of stock it still shipped with in a couple of days
Just broke this scooter today after almost 3 years and 1300km. Not the stem, but the front arc in the place where is the hole for the cable in it, which I see as very dangerous design flaw. I will try to post some video to see what has happend. First I do not jumps on it, I am just driving very rough road from my house to the downtown, with lots of holes in it, so that is why I bought this one. So my point is, be careful, check the front arc and don't buy scooters with this design flaw.
I recommend a bottle of blue loctite. Take all bolts off add loctite on all nuts and bolts.
When I went to their website, to purchase this model, I saw total 3 variations. One is noraml. and the others have LG/Samsung Batter+Hydraulic Brakes. I am a little light on budget. DO you suggest, I can skip on the expensive models ?
Left hand side of screen panel. There is a USB port. But only works when using the scooter. For charging. Check it out...
10x has air-filled tires. I saw a review the 8x (solid rubber) ran into problems on uneven surfaces.
If comfort is a very key point - then pretty much air filled tyres are the best solution to be honest.
Needs a collapsible handle bar but being a machinist I can make my own
Only reason why it's hard to change the tubes and tires is because of the crappy design with the motor wires on the wrong side. It makes the split Rim useless.
Keeping it on the ground floor is actually better than the first floor. 😂
Great video. Which version of the 10X did you review in this video (18ah or 23ah)? Thank you.
We have the 18ah version!
Tech We Want OK. 😎👍🏼 Powerful enough? How do you like the brakes?
Yes it’s very powerful! Brakes are good too. You can brake hard enough to skid if you want
Tech We Want what were the real world km range.
Cheers
The whole point of an e-scooter is its lightness and practicality. If you want to have something 4 times large and 3 times heavier than a regular scooter, you might well buy yourself a motorcycle.
Jasna Cepuder Sedmak I just got this scooter and it is huge, it does not seem practical .. I am disappointed, in the videos and photos it does not look so huge..
The Fluid Mantis has the same capabilities and weighs 60 pounds, that's what im getting.
I guess it's a trade off, power, stability and suspension vs potability and lightness.
I think the Zero 10X is awesome
He means starting at $1,650 they go way up from that price point although it didn’t stop me from purchasing the Turbowheel Lightning myself !
Which Nikes at 1:49 ?
Btw nice video
does it have a hole so u can lock it with bike lock in public?
Can u take off battery and buy new one?
Is the 52v (chinese battery)+ hydraulic brakes + clamp 1500usd. Worth the deal?
when riding in eco mode and slow is the max rang longer in single or dual motor, riders disagree on this some say that, other this
What company is zero10x? Newbie here
If all I need is the most cushioned scooter for my 2 herniated back discs, though I drive on nothing but an asphalt road. Is this much better still than a ninebot max30?
The tubeless tires are a thing now adays kinda hard to reolace them too
Whats the difference between this one and the techlife X9 ..?
Do you get the same speed at 100% and 40% of battery?
No!
Is it waterproof or water resistant
Good morning I wanted to know the mercane wide wheel 2020 dual motor scooter or the kugoo m4 is better
Which one. This or the emove cruiser?

What is a difference between this scooter ant Techlife X7 ?
They are the same thing... Techlife, Xero, Turbowheel, They are all made by Unicool, only thing that differs is the Battery
In romania its quickvolt 10x:)
Good for Romania being different 👏
My brand new goes not more than 35 . Is anything I need to do to increase the speed

The stem just looks weak, I am looking at getting one but how is the build quality. Seeing a locknut used to hold in the main suspension pin isn’t comforting.
Yes the steering head is shit.
I use to have one.
Felt like it wanted to break
Sold it, waiting for my 3200 watt beast.
craig williams so what do you have coming mate?

Don't get me wrong, the build quality is great, but know they have a upgraded clamp kit, which I really needed back then.
Is this good on snow to
Is this faster then Dualtron 3?
no
Thank you! I'm considering the GoTrax XR Ultra but I would like the discount. I have 2 questions? Are the wheels rubber, so I never get a flat? & Where are they being shipped from?
is there any single motor mode function available to extend the range. this would be a great function.
Yeah there is on these.

LOVE THIS SCOOTER, BUT 35KG THAT KILLS MY BACK IF I WILL HAVE TO CARRY IT UP TO MY 1ST FLOOR APARTMENT.
It depends how you carry weight - try getting an arrangment that allows you to carry weight the shoulders.
Use the strength of your legs (bend knees) to pick the scooter up not your back.
@@shifty277 I see what you mean, but 35kg is really heavy, you know?
@@GuuiYae Agreed - it's a hell of a lot lighter when on your should as opposed to in your hands in front etc.
I carry 25kg concrete blocks day in day out and it's crucial that weight is on your shoulders and lifted with the legs.
Are lifts not common in the US for buildings of more than 2 floors? They are popular in the UK for more than 2 or 3 floors.
Both my charging sockets were loose from day 1 as I bought
mine delivered and assembled. Been zapped by both now even
melted the prongs on one. Put it in to get fixed and they also adjusted the brakes, slightly different
charge sockets, stem has been tightened up no creaking no
and for some reason my display was changed too. I only paid
for the charge port replacement and the shop never mentioned
anything else but I know what’s been changed it’s obvious to me.
I like the shoes more than the scooter
Needs a Bluetooth app to monitor battery health etc just like m365
Why?
ARandomPersonOnTheInternet * cells can go out of balance and over time become defective . Its good to see the voltage of each cell and the percentage difference and if possible the Esr!

My es4 has two 300watt motors with two 1000watt 48v controllers and a 60v 16s12p battery
So? My es4 couldn't even go dow a real hill because the breaking system is a total joke. Don't get me started on not being able to go up any steep incline..
@@MOLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE dual motors makes a huge difference, I also have a single motor es4 that goes around 23mph with a 13s battery and a similar 48v 1000watt controller and it's complete ass compared to my dual motor one. Dual motors has a lot more traction accelerating and going up hills is way faster and with the 16s battery it goes around 30, although if you beat on it for more than 15 minutes the motors get hot to touch and at that point you risk burning the enamel on the windings and/or demagnetizing the magnets. I currently don't have any breaks but I'm making a bracket to install a bike break on the back wheel.
@@MOLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I agree that the ninebot scooter is a piece of junk though, not including all the crappy electronics it has the frame falls apart really easily and I actually had one stem snap on me at the base, although besides the rubber on the motors deteriorating really fast the motors seem really robust and I haven't had any hall sensor problems or melted wires/connectors and they are all the same

What is the voltage level on zero 10x when the battery is empty i have 18ah version and it 58.8 when full on battery does anyone know what it says when empty? Thanks
Should be around 44.8v as that's 3. 2v per cell.
i love this thing
Excelente y donde se vende en Perú
Would the zero 10 work for a 13 year old
Would not recommend it. Scooter is too big and powerful
I just carried mine upstairs to my apartment lol
Ouch how many stairs we talking about?
I'm 120kg
Can I still ride this xD?
330 lb is about 150 kg. I think you'll be fine.
it is not meant to carry cattle as we I am 110kg
BTW coupon is not 10%. disappointing...
Looks identical to a Nanrobot D6+
Nope that charging port is a deal breaker for me. Side 3 prong ones suck! Hit a curb and charger wont fit anymore!
אני קונה את קורקניט 10x 2022
I just couldn't see myself being left behind on a slow scooter. And being the one that couldn't keep up by other gas scooters. And being made fun of. Maybe up the power point to 55mph and 10,000 watts so us electric guys can go on rides too
Get a sur ron motorbike they're kicking ass in supermoto races and cross country
hello im the kid with the 80cc bike engine kit. i finally made an electric bike. the gas motor is way more fun!
That’s awesome! How big of a battery and motor did you use? Parts were probably a lot more expensive than the 80cc!!
Looks just like a varla eagle

1:11 or 1:34? 🤔
0:59 - this is not the simplest thing to do, the scooter is AWESOME but the build quality is not that great. I drove it for 120km and it starts squeaking pretty badly.
Andrzej for that price the quality is bad?
Andrzej even $1000000 cars squeak bruz
I tested the top speed and only got 37 MPH. Am I doing something wrong?
How would this be for a 13 year old?
This scooter is big, fast, and powerful! Potentially dangerous for younger riders! We have plenty of other videos on other, more entry level, scooters.
Awesome! Would the zero 10 work?
From china?
There must be like several brands with this style that go 40mph, and are $700 less than this thing. Who really makes it I wonder.
@Nolo Kobo Have the Z10x 24ah for 70days now. After 1300km of riding the Zero10x, I gave another test-drive to the Wolf (after 1300km you have a better perspective for driving fast scooters). The Wolf Warrior is unimaginably better. I drove it up to 75km/h (can go up to 96km/h) and didn't believe I was going that when looking at the speedometer. Felt like 50km/h on the Zero. Much sturdier, safer scooter. Anything faster than 55km/h and the Zero feels VERY unsafe and unstable.
You’re right there are lots of 3200W scooters on the market that are much cheaper than zero, but the majority look like they have been put together in someone’s shed
Ivan Popov I’d buy 11x
@@djnavi850 check is speedometer on wolf shows correct by Gps
40mph for a scooter is extremely dangerous.
niacal4nia agreed but motorcycle can go much faster
Helmet is a good move
Any vehicle is if you constantly drive it at top speed. Ask a Hayabusa owner.
You’ve got the speed if you want it but don’t have to use it....I rarely go faster than 18mph on mine, it’s nice to have the extra power for acceleration or hill climbing if you want it.

Zero 10 or the wide wheel pro at same price? This is hard decision
Zero 10x my man. I love the wide wheel but I'm getting this as my commuter
Apollo pro is better, has more range.
LegendaryAce I’m considering speedway 5 take a look at it
@@bahmanr9261 If you want full suspension I'd go with the Apollo but if you just want something to cruise around in Speedway 5 is legit. But you do have to pay a lot more extra
LegendaryAce Apollo pro does look nice. I’m sure it’s got one of the best suspensions. Looks like Canadian version of the 10 X. I’ve heard the stem is not stable as you would need to reinforce with special clamps. 52V version is 2k usd
Can you guys make a Vid on how to disable the speed limiter ?
