At my 12th birthday Party only one kid showed up. And we barely knew each other. At my 18th...almost my whole youth group showed up and our house was packed. God is good. 😊
I dont know the reasons why so many lonely people all searching for some sort of connection and validity of their existence. I have experienced it myself. Its so true and profound moment when you figure out your never alone . As god wants to give love and us allow him to love us. Through it all. Good and bad of life. I selfishly continue to watch these videos to remind myself. How far i have come and what direction i want to be going. I commend all whom share their stories. I pray they will find every person in search of some wisdom and love we all deserve to experience.
:') i went through something similiar in school .. i didnt have friends for a really long time ( til i was in 8th grade) and i would pray to God this exact prayer ... but its until now that i Get and it was become Jesus told me ."i was with you.. you where never alone" .this video brought me to tears . other people who have called themselves my "friends" have hurt me..have left me ..but he never has.I have never had a friend like him he is the best friend you can ever have.. i love Him so much .
I have respect for this man because me being mild Autistic it was a struggle through the years, even now at age 25 and now losing my uncle back in December 2012 it's been tough...I'm man enough to admit that I nearly cried looking at this the first time ...But I knew God was my only friend
Good story man, I remember my 6th grade b-day my brothers and friends gave me a wedgie so bad that I fell and hit my mouth there was blood and crying...I wasn't happy! But life gets better ya know. God is good!

man, I've felt like this soo often too, and when you said, I just wanted someone to know my awkwardness and wierdness and still like me.. man same, but then we both realized that GOD was that person. AMEN! He loves us, in our awkwardness, before and after and always will.
It’s such an a awkward age… you are truly loved… I felt that way too…. until I discovered Jesus’ amazing love and purpose for my life… I pray He draws you close and you discover for yourself how specially you were created 💗
I can't tell you how much this moved me. I kind of forgot that i used to feel these things about myself, and still do at times. God has been with me my whole life, and i am only just really letting him in. He has been healing me this whole time and i am so grateful to Him and for this video. I needed to hear this. Thank you for your inspiration and your story.
I can relate so much to this..That's how l felt almost whole of my high school years and it sucks.. the whole feeling of no one is going to get my weird and awkward side. & eventually l started finding myself in GOD and l still am & after watching this l just realised that sometimes GOd can use our situations to make us realise that the only person we need is HIM

I always did different things, I looked different, dressed different, and I always had trouble making friends. didnt have a lot of friends. I spent soooo much time by myself all the time. ive never even had a boyfriend. junior and senior year of high school I wouldn't eat lunch with the other kids cause there was no one for me to sit next to. i sat on the floor in the corner where no one cud see me.senior year didn't even go to eat lunch, just went to the library cause I didn't want to be there. I remember when I was 11 and I had my first dance. I got there, I was excited, but then I got depressed cause no one asked me to dance.
For those who have true friends, thank God for them because many do not have a close friend or two. Loyalty is hard to find, but Jesus is our best friend.

And Jesus loves you .. in the meantime get closer to him ..make him your closest friend .. not only is he with you always .. he gets you .. he likes you and hes pretty cool .. :) ...
