Are you using OBS? I set the game track about 2 large ticks below my voice and I maje sure my voice goes into the orange when I project, but stays high in the green with normal speaking levels. I also adjusted my Headset mic down a bit to reduce pops.

I've used straight OBS before, and might just download that separately for the purpose of recording versus streaming. I was going to do some testing to see if I could get those to more acceptable levels of non-sucking. I'll make a few shorter vids for myself to mess with those I think. Going to use what you mentioned as a baseline then go from there. I had the system volume at about 50% and the mic at 100%, might start by lowering the mic to about 75 and see what it sounds like.

Aggghhh I need to boost the ingame audio a bit. It's kinda low because I was worried about getting drowned out by the distortion anomalies....
