The main reason Keepers chose to dive is because no keeper wants to look like their doing nothing when a goal is scored. At least that's what I have experienced playing as a keeper, it might be different at the highest level.
Bro, you keep doing your thing. It's amazing seeing so many videos posted with such effort yet such little recognition from the algorithm. Know that your Detox video is getting pushed but that's all I've ever seen of you. either way, I'm now a sub :)
This is so interesting!! Whenever I watch football I'm always wondering about which psychological effects might influence the players' performances. And then what you brought up in this video is even applicable in everyday life!
I have just arched 2 of your videos on after the other. The first was 6 months old and you have already made such a notable progress! It seems that your audio & video quality is better, so is the pacing of the video. Really high quality content! ❤ What software do you use for getting those cool animations (highlighting the text of the scientific articles)?
I don’t know how you do it but your content it always stuff I find interesting, even if I’ve never thought of it before! Your passion and hard work shines through, keep it up
Great video I get the idea and the concept, I would think moderno goalkepeers are aware of this bias and study a lot more the shooting styles of the kickers, they try to read It but some of them know how to make it near imposible to stop even if you know where it's going
notes: power and precision may be inneffective if ur opponent expects power and precision. deception and subservison lead to success. penalty shots go to the sides more than the middle. goalies dive to sides more than remain in center. why? when we want change we change ourselves. we change from passive to active states. doing nothing to doing something. we presuppose agency. we assume our actions make a difference so when we want something to be different we look to our actions for help. when our actions are continually the cause then we are continually in control and this a positive emotion. even when our actions are not the real cause, we can believ they are and feel the positive emotion. peace? courage? pride?
Great video, thank you! One thing though: The mirror neurons. There is a common misconception about this topic and from your framing, I'm not sure wether you've got the truth of it or not. Anyway, there are no actual mirror neurons as a neuroanatomical structure in the brain. It's more of a psychological behavioral concept.
It would be nice if you made a video about nofap and the reasons why people who practice it feel happier, more motivated and more attractive. Is there really a physiological reason for this, or is it a psychological problem?
I loved the video but I think that if you had considered includingf the probability of missing a penalty would have been interesting, as this plays into the psychology heavily.

Going down the middle is risky too because goalkeepers can get their foot to the ball. Middle and high is usually safe.
Great vid! Very insightful and thought provoking

Lore of penalty kicks momentum 100
I just found your channel & I'm so glad I did!!! You somehow got me to watch a video about SPORTS 😂 great watch :)
Great video. Also, Pirlo Vs England 2012 is one of the best Panenkas. 😂 That, after a 11/10 performance in the game.
