Much appreciated showing the battles, ive since ditched azu for the alolan rat and have improved alot. Keep up the great content sir and again thank you
This Go Battle glitch needs to be patched!! If you use a fast move attack against an opponent that does not learn the same move yet it mirrors you and uses it, it throws off your count against the opponent. For instance if the opponent should be using poison sting and your visually seeing it mirror your roll out instead how can you prepare for incoming charge attacks!!! It’s happening every match for me and especially in the Championship tournament currently!!! So unfair to trainers all around the world!! @Niantic and @Pokemon please fix this!!
Download the chart that shows you pokemon move counts. That way you know what move they have and on what number they get their charge move despite the visual.
I had actually been running the same team (well, trying to run) and it wasn't really working for me. Took Dan's advice an looked at switches on pvpoke, swapped out Azu for Goodra and that made a significant improvement.
Is there any good teams that feature shadow jumpluff? I have a really high ranked one that needs a bit of powering up, but I'd like to use it to counter all the ground and waters
Taffystar released a video with a team featuring shadow Jumpluff, Dunsparce and Diggersby. I've been running a slightly different version since I don't have the shadow and it's been working really well for me. I'd recommend checking out her video.
Body Slam is a bad move, but it is cheap. It’s useful when you just need a small amount of damage to KO, or get a shield, or be able to farm down after. I can see the logic behind double nukes but considered it but I do actually like having Body Slam.
@@squozenfrozen1645 just s ton of electric and grass in general! Currently at 14 so... Meta is a bit all over the place at these levels I guess. What did surprise was the amount of Lanturns. I guess going electric ( or sporting elec moves) isn't a bad idea given that it also screws over Mandi which is all over the place.
@@Mogg_Fanatic Interesting. I'm currently running triple water and haven't seen a single electric today at Ace in the 2300s. Didn't see a mandibuzz today either but a few yesterday when I was running a different team. Now I've said that I'll see nothing but electric tomorrow you watch 😭
@@squozenfrozen1645 I like it actually! It makes the climb more interesting! Granted soon I'll hit Ace and will certainly regret this comment, but, oh well! :D
@@squozenfrozen1645 random comment: Just won 10 in a row with A Sandslash; Gastrodon; Arctibax. Quite the breeze actually. Tomorrow I'll see if the streak continues :D
Sigh. Yet another RUclipsr running a team that I decided to run because it seemed to have good coverage against the meta. Time to find a new team, this one will never work again
I got drifblim as a pseudo Ice Type as it resists grass attacks and can still hit with icy wind plus debuff and hot swap to my ground type attacker. Donphan does well in pairing as it gets fairy type charge attack plus resist fairy moves incoming and still hits hard with ground attacks. Then you can use a fighting or ground type to handle steel and normal type opponents. It’s not a perfect strat but it clutches 3 out of 5 rounds consistently biggest threat being Mandibuzz, Stunfisk(A), Azumarill
Sometime if I know I don’t have time to watch the whole video, I just scroll to find the Dan rant at the end - always my favourite part :)
That acid spray followed by incinerate snipe was dirtyyyyy. Sandlash got annihilated by 1 move 😂
That was definitely double nuke lickilicky with shadow ball earthquake. It threw all shadow balls

@5:47 hah @ that woof. And towards the end, we like the rambling too. Hope the sickness moves on from your household!

The rise in toxapex has definitely hurt Azumarill's stock a bit
clodsire lead, Azu and Dunsparce in the back worked well for me 👍🏻
This season is all bulky try hard teams
21:34 Dan did you have a stroke? Cactune and mactup 😭
there is a popular team of sandslash kwak gastrodon? u think that team has a hard answer to fire and fighting in the back?

Did not know that eelektross has liquidation in its movepool. Interesting
If body slam is so bad on gastrodon, why not run water pulse? Energy requirement too high?
I doubt it plays nearly as well without a fast bait option. It's only ranked that high in pvpoke cause it baits shields in most of the sims

Sandslash sucks. Play rough and frenzy plants do like 75%. Thing needs 5 shields
When they swap dunsparce he shld just go gastrodon gastrodon wins that
Hey better to get a bad game out of the way in a low pressure team video oppose to a high stakes event coverage
I was using Mandi rather than Gastrodon this morning with some success.
Until the Obamas came out..
The Obama’s?
Abama snow. Get with the program
So the snowbomas 😂
22:04 play bream
Found that out about 5 mins ago :D
What did you run into?
