Good morning. I have to admit that I have never made risotto before. I think I have an aversion to it because I am not a fan of moist, sticky rice dishes. This certainly looks comforting indeed. Just the type of thing that one would welcome on a cold or rainy day. This risotto looks hearty and filling. Thanks so much for sharing. Sandee

Hi Tony I have tried doing Risotto but it never comes out to my liking i recently copied a recipe from Clodagh from This Morning it was awful lol I think adding that cheese you used would make it so much creamier it certainly looks delicious hope your have a good jubilee weekend
