Conner Campbell Google DLL fixer. It has like an orange gear. It'll install any DLL files your missing. It helped me, so it should do the same for you.
Might need to upgrade your Operating System. First what version r u running? If its a Windows 7 then you should be fine. "But" i will say. The the newer version Windows 10 is out & ready to download for free thx to Microsoft. Its a much better version. If ur ruunning a Mac, sorry i don't know much about that system.

It wouldn't work because they have to built the cheats from the PS4 games Disk Hash Keys. Which means you have to hack it first!
