Im not justifying his actions but when he have learnt his lesson then who are you to bring his past in conversation? .we all have a past and we all have done many mistakes too . Now it's up to us if we'll learn from it , apologize and never do the wrong things again or stay the same (repeating those actions INTENTIONALLY).
I started following him a year back and I did not know at all about this controversy. I loved him, and after knowing all this I still love him. People tell me that he's not good, and I should stop following him, but lemme ask you, have you ever acknowledged your own grave mistakes that you made in your teenage years? Everyone makes mistakes; you are a human, yet here you are blaming someone who whole heartedly accepted his mistakes and apologized for it. People on social media defend their ugly deeds and here Umer is acknowledging it and apologizing. Can we just forget and forgive all this and move on? You r still accepting Justin Beiber after his shitty stunts just because he's a major celeb but you become a bloody hypocrite when it comes to minor celebs! Be liberal and be accepting. Also people may disagree, I am a girl aged 19 saying this, but the girls whom he allegedly harassed should them selves know better than to talk to random stranger. If he was desperate, then the girls themselves were not some goody two shoes. They were desperate enough to take part in the convo. If Umer msgd first, you could simply block and ignore him, but no, u indulged further and then you are making Umer alone the culprit. Taaly aik hath say nahi do hathon say bajty hay. Both parties are equally responsible. I m not a feminist but if u r, u should know what feminism stands for: equality.
