At this second Knowledge Sharing Event for the Know Your Neighbourhood Project, we welcomed Jools Morgan-Jones from Blackpool Libraries who will share insights on their dissertation topic: "Libraries and Loneliness: How public libraries work to alleviate loneliness and social isolation in their communities".
We also heard from some Know Your Neighbourhood projects to see how they're getting on, and shared lessons learnt so far.
