The distribution rights for “Seabiscuit” are weird because in North America it’s a Universal Pictures movie. However when it was released theatrically internationally, Dreamworks Pictures had the rights but when it was released on home video internationally, Touchstone Home Entertainment had the rights because of Spyglass Entertainment.
