Hikaru said he was both aware of and worried about Queen D7, but was relieved when Alireza didn’t play it
When Levy manages to call you out twice within 3 minutes, you know it’s gonna be a great recap
Game one with blacks opening pawn push ,there is a greater meaning in how to play chess like this and it was done before chess computers and truly a meaning and a reason to play in a way that a computer does not understand but only the programer could put into this action but like said a computer is a hog and as it keeps looking ,it's learning, but for chess it was always there ready to be found❤
I love how the titles of these videos nowadays don't actually tell you about the content too much unlike past candidate videos.
GM Gukesh an Absolute Monster of this tournament! What a play!!
35:06 poor f pawn didn't get to see any action even after 53 moves on the board.
The organizers nailed the last round pairings!!
Hikaru did think beyond that😂he saw queen C2 which is why he spent a lot of time calculating the line.
Gukesh is also really good at freestyle chess. Which means a lot!
I feel that there is luck factor to the leaders. Both Nepo and Tan Zhongyi didn't lose after having a significant worse positions
you physically CANNOT script this stuff. This is absolute madness!!
PLEASE LEVY DONT HAVE BETTERHELP AS A SPONSOR they are a shady company that was cancelled in the past for selling information and all sorts of privacy violations, pleasse have a normal sponsor instead like raid Shadow Legends
I love when Gotham shows a pro playing a move I commonly play and calls it the dumbest move ever. Like, intellectually, I know he's right, but it makes me chuckle every time.

I feel personally attacked
The final two rounds are going to be a blast for sure. Weekends really shaping up with exciting chees candidates and the f1 chinese grand prix with ferrari bringing in their new upgrades. Looking forward to both of them!!
I too do not put preservatives on my bread.
Also why u not say "he sacrificed... THE ROOOOK" on Hikaru's biggest rookrifice ever???

How did you do this
I met Eric and Danny and my local chess club tonight. Thank you for all the recaps levy! Been enjoy Levi bot.
Oh by the way black was better to push the bishop pawn than put bishop on d7 there is a total theory that can go into processing ❤😊
what a tournament this is turning out to be, the Indian trinity, Nepo being Nepo, Hikaru's comeback, caruana throwing his punches, and Vidit's heartbreak.
It's basically Vidit vs Alireza. Vidit doing everything in his power to stop Hikaru from winning the event and Alireza doing the opposite.
