▶ Why You Should Play BATTLEBIT in 2024 Игры
Something about this game just hits different. It's unapologetically fun without any of the unnecessary fluff that plagues most modern shooters.
Seriously, its simplicity is what makes it so much fun! Thanks for revisiting this game, it’s just a great game.
Couldn't agree more. An NO CHEATERS.
My god! Solomon's Theme always hits different. Tomo, what are your thoughts on a new BF Story Campaign, the likes of BF3 but somewhere in the region 1960-2000?
Opportunity to cover some very unique battles and wars, as well as the introduction of high-tech low-tech gadgets and inventions. An emotional story singleplayer with 3 player characters at most which all tie in to the main narrative.
The jungles of South America (new vegetation tech for dense jungle fighting on consoles)
Urban fighting in Eastern Europe
Saharan Desert
SAS Fighting in the 1970s equipped with MP5s, a rebel force with AKs and M4s ambushing a convoy.
A multiplayer and singleplayer game that's the same (Old BF mechanics) but with new technologies and with new gamemodes to spruce it up?
Thoughts?
Fluffs like what?
@@fe4mfluff meaning extra unneeded content and or microtransactions
THANK YOU!
This may be the first BattleBit video in a month that didn't claim the game was dying in the title.
The game is still going strong. The huge influx of players it had back on Early Access launch was both a blessing and a curse.
Blessing that it gave the game more attention, but a curse that it will never live up to the playerbase it had with all that hype, and now everyone seems to claim it's dying based purely on the fact the playerbase goes down about 1% a month.
I was playing last night, almost every NA official server was full so I don’t know what people are on about.
I can't stand those mouth breathers that claim games are "dying" when they aren't.. most must do it for clicks. Don't even watch those videos, so those drooling bozos learn.
This is what I was worried about for the game. A lot of people giving it attention, but not actually having any intention to stick around just hop on the new wave Only to turn around and call it dead or trash. Because they're not actively playing anymore
ppl are saying the game is dying because the playercount went lower and lower every day, from 80k to eventually 5k people at a time, now, after the free weekend, the playercount went to 40k for a few days, and after that, we're now here with 7k-12k people at a time
yea playercount went down, but it aint dying game, unlike others say@@ecbrown6151
Still the most game played of the genre, I don't know what's wrong, those people just like to hate on stuff...
Honestly this is the game that keeps on giving. I always keep it downloaded and in the games rotation.
Always keep it downloaded lol brother I hope so the size is small as fuck
@@cody_lit9280 good one LMFAOOOO
It’s true, but honestly it’s the game that keeps on giving.
if this game was made by a AAA studio i think the updates would have been much different. they would have been slower for one. and i honestly dont think that they would have totally redesigned so many maps already based on player feedback like the battlebit devs have. ive never seen a AAA dev just go "hey you dont like this map? okay we'll completely overhaul it and release it again in a few months."
2042 did that. The only one I can think of
Larger studios have to go through a lot more red tape to get any kind of changes approved.
That’s probably corporation logistics. In this case it’s a small team who directly profit from the game success. As opposed to big companies where they need to go and justify to the people above them why their division needs more money to pay the staff to make the game better but present it in a way that the high ups aren’t like “so we already paid you and the games flopping? Bye”
Along with as individuals if you get paid regardless of the games success you are less passionate about your work. Literally less invested in it
Was literally just thinking it'd be great for a FAST Squad play on this again. The banter with you all on this was hilarious.
such a fun game, easy to just jump in and have a good time, not many sweatlords ruining the experience for everyone, it’s a gift to FPS fans!
That’s a fucking lie lol this game is full of neckbeard sweats
Who own a pc*
Idk why lobbies you get in that don’t have sweat lords😭 i get people drop shooting me
get your money up bum@@BLK_GOD
@@BLK_GODwho doesn’t own a PC? Like they are pretty cheap now like bro just say your broke
It’s worth getting back into. There aren’t too many good games out right now. Tarkov, Battlebit, Ready or not, Death Must Die
I hear The Finals is pretty good, but I didn't really like it when I tried it in beta. I have around 320 hours played in Battlebit, according to the in game stats (not steam stats).
R6 ois also prettygood ngl tho a hugeeeeeeeeeeee learning curve
@@eternalvigilance5697 Finals is quite good as long you have full team of 3, I've got only one other friend that plays as well and that 3rd random person so far in every match was, let's say, underperforming lol If they introduce 2 man teams, it will be perfect
Funny to me how you call Tarkov a “good” game
@ukmen16 yeah as someone who enjoys the game solo is rough but when you do have that random squad that just meshes well its great. I've found having at least a 2 man is ok
Quality of life improvements aren't anything fancy but it's what keeps games going and what keeps loyal players interested and keep faith in the developers. Same reason why games like hunt are still going strong.
"Witness me" 😂 Never stop being you mate, top tier as always ❤
To put into perspective with their current playerbase, it's roughly a constant ~10-12,000 - If you cut that up into 250 player servers...
That's roughly ~45 FULL 250 player servers.
This game is not struggling in the SLIGHTEST and I'm so excited to see where it goes.
PURE LIES BUT SURE
@@rurlafriend9395 it's simple math.
were you dropped on your head as a kid?@@rurlafriend9395
@@rurlafriend9395mans HATES math
How is it a constant 10-12k? Charts show for the past entire month it's more like 3-5k.
Damn, honestly tomo’s battlebit vids are probably my favourite ones, just such a good game, play more 😁
I agree. I get he likes bouncing around to various games, nothing wrong with that. Would like to see more BattleBit though. It's a good game, should try and get some of the others to jump back on it with him. BattleBit reminds me of the fun I had with BF3&4, kinda recreates that nostalgia. Unfortunately for me BF1 bored me quickly and V looked like absolute shite and 2042 looked just as bad. Certainly don't hold out hope for anything that comes next.
downloaded this game yesterday and its one of the best games I've ever played
Thank U Tommo. I almost forgot about this game. U make me go back to those beautiful days again. The sniping the the most satisfying since Warzone 1 days. I will play this game today and stream too. 😊
i still hop on battlebit every now and again. it's not a game that i'll play daily like i used to, but it's definitely something that i'll always go back to every once in a while like old battlefield
Ive had difficulty seeing for quite some time and ive found the newer mainline shooter games much more difficult to identify targets in with their speed as well. Battlebits blocky nature helps them stick out while I can actually express my prefered playstyle of using a higher zoom scope and chilling more so in the back. The size and scope of the map helps me plan how I will attack objectives and the size allows for more or less any direction in most game modes. While i think its an intentional design decision, i do wish there were a minimap. The side of the screen still exposed when you open the map is right one of my eyes blindspots.
I love Battlebit so much! It's literally the only steam game I've ever left a review on! Its just such a fun experience!
definitely agree with you at 13:00. when it first came out, i played every single day for like two weeks. now its in the rotation, i play probably once or twice a week, it's just so fun!
I bought the game a week ago and am already at Rank 150. Can definitely see myself playing it for years.
Picked it up a few weeks ago during winter sale and I love it. This is really scratching that modern Battlefield style itch I have. Also I like the maps a lot more than 2042. Even with 256 players it didn’t feel terrible.
As someone who can't play this game it's always so great to see videos about it especially from Tomo. More of these videos please!
Been a big supporter of Battlebit since the beta tests!! Still enjoying it a ton and I'm glad to see other people who agree! (Instead of the negativity and trolling on steam)
Great variety on the channel, haven’t tried this game but need to give it a go!
You should! Glad you're enjoying the variety.
Battlebit is still my go to.
Thanks for carrying her youtube torch Tomo :)
I’m so glad you made this video!! This game is soooo good and deserves to be given attention
To answer your question at 8:50, yes, it would be much different. If a AAA publisher was the driving force behind this game, it would have a giant paywall
facts 😂
Played the beta a long time ago and absolutely loved it. Just recently bought it last week and already have 30 hours in the game. Fulfilling my battlefield cravings for sure.
Ahhh the vibe when the heli guy knew you, so great! I love a sense of community
Yay a tomo vid😃👍
I still constantly find full servers and it's still extremely fun. I hope this game never dies. Most fun I've had in one of these games since battlefield 4
My gaming group plays battlebit pretty much every week now. Its fun, its fast, its casual. It has awesome "battlefield" moments, and the VOIP roleplaying is still hilarious. Nothing like getting into a shouting match when everyone is dead waiting for medics, or the pre-match insanity as everyone is just screaming into the mics. Even if you only play the game for like... 1 month... you'd be hard pressed to say you wasted your money on this game.
@1:50 your saying "destruction" reminded me of the O.G. halo multiplayer announcer
It's such a cool game and i love the gameplay and thw gunplay man
I love this game and will continuously make content on it. Would love to collab at some point!
Its a gem that is incredibly underappreciated. The devs communicate and listen too!
I love this game. By far my favorite game and it hasn't lost its magic like so many have claimed.
LMG gang represent! Fuck yea!
BANGER of an intro Tom!
Yeah! Got the game at launch but stopped playing after like 200h to play other games. Came back in december and man, i'm hooked again. Game is too good.
It’s a breath of fresh air , most fun I’ve had on a game in awhile , was playing 2042 ,when my brother told me about it and I was reluctant to get it … we got snowed in for 4 days no work … I have 30+hours already
just randomly hopped on a few times this week, games still sick af, local servers are much quieter tho
Yo Topographic, what's that RPK build? That thing shreds. How do u control the recoil so well i always have the problem that i end up looking at the sky after 10 bullets?
I played a bit with a buddy and enjoyed the game, but I found most game modes a bit lackluster due to super quick cap times. I don't know if it's just a case of no cap to the scaling you get with more people but most caps are captured in about 5 seconds and you can just deathball an objective before the enemy can react. Doubly so for Frontline where losing an objective can mean half your teams advance is useless since they are now out of bounds because you got back-capped at one objective. There was also not enough incentive for OBJ play, most of the time the top spots in any match were the ones running around fragging out but not actually doing anything to help the team. This also manifested in very little construction objects being used and people insta-giving up instead of waiting for revives, which is unfortunate because the building and the BF/Squad teamplay were some of the things that separated Battlebit from the current COD/BF etc.
Fun gameplay, just some annoying game design decisions.
recently started playing on a hardcore server and im obsessed - ridiculously fun
Your intros are just so freaking fresh!
Thanks man! 🥰
so happy to see you play this again
You’re right I need to go back and play this
love this game, still play it regularly. It keeps growing and changing. well worth the time and money to play!
Another banger of a video Tomo!
Glad you enjoyed man!
bro really pulled the nostalgia card with that battlefield 3 soundtrack 'solomons theme' i only know what its called because nostalgia is the all powerful and bf3 remains possibly my favourite game in existence, just wish it wasnt 12 years old
Me and my friend were in the first public test it was super buggy but its a great game and i plan on getting it on the next sale
Ohhh fuck that bf4 soundtrack when defusing was nostalgic af
i love this game dude, the hilarious moments are so so beautiful
THIS IS THE CONTENT WE WANT TOMO LETS GOOOOO
"WAR"
"what is it good for"
don't think i didn't get that refrence you sneaky little
Game is too funny to be serious, aaaaaand there's always that one team mate who equips tactical flashlight running around, it's like literally screaming "hey enemies I'm over here!" LOL!!!
That’s for the vid Tomo! I am still playing off and on
such a fun game, it is not "dying" at all! just got level 200 and enjoyed it all!
This game is awesome. Love the simple, no fortnite skins, no kitty helmets, no niki Minaj, just straight up gun vs gun and total battlefield chaos. And it’s just gotten better since release.
i remember the open test they did a year or 2 ago never would of thought the game would blow up lol
absolut epic game! love that you mention it
"Never let them know your next move"
-Tomographic before the enemy not letting him know how he will move next
Would you say the RPK is one of the better weapons for Support? I've been maining that weapon for a while now, and I like it.
Fucking love battlebit, always playing multiple games but hard to avoid jumping on for a few matches whenever i have time to game
I was praying for this video
I want to see another Battlebit video where you, Aculite and Stone play together.
might give it a go this year wait for a big sale though
Honestly one big thing for me is that Au servers are very quiet unless it’s peak time in the afternoon on custom servers
I was utterly star-struck when I saw you walking to my helicopter 😜Greetings Hammie-NL
legend.
Impact nades are better, as you can hold them until you release, and you can one-tap people after they detonate with most weapons.
Uff that battlefield track nostalgia ❤
This is what Battlefield 2042 should have been 😊😊😢😢
I bought it a few days ago and I love it. It's such a funny game and it's absolutely worth the price.
I played about a week ago after maybe a two month break and honestly it didn’t feel as good. I will give it chance though as was my shooter of the year for 2023.
No worries, coms issue also happens on Asian Server from English to Chinese to Thai to Japanese, full range of language but with head nod and Head Shake is the Thanks and No somehow 😂
I love how beautiful the lighting is. It makes up for the more Roblox-like graphics. I only wish particles were less like that, though.
My only issue is that I want more weapon variety for lower levels to keep me enticed to play, I don’t feel like using the same weapons until I finally reach level 45+ to finally use something different.
Hope to encounter you Tomo on Eu server..i'm playing from Uk..from your accent you are from UK also..
Still holding out hope that it will come to console in the near future!
Do you use the sensitivity multipliers for scopes with higher magnification?
yup, still love playing this game
6:55, this evil laugh
It's about the only fps game that I play at the moment and I love every second of it haha
0:35 “what are we doing team?” Guns down a guy
It's a good game, but a lot of people have abandoned it so it is hard to find games on maps you like an in player counts you like these days. Especially if you prefer 32v32 DOM and small maps like I do.
More of this game please
"WITNESS ME!!"
lol
11:16 that was- lmao
That is such a satisfying hit sound.
Pause.
More of this game please. Team up with Jack
I feel they wanna make it faster. Would be more fun like that but the slow animations (throw nades) mess up
More of this! 🎉
Man this game is SO much fun, such a simplistic perfect design. Other devs should take notes
It's pure fun.
Haven't laughed so much playing a game in ages.
2:09 is that a video editing effect where your optic zooms in?
I'm doing great with The Finals
Did they wipe loadout and attachment settings at some point? I logged on the other day for the first time in a while, and seeing all my attachments unattached to the weapons was enough for me to log right back off
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
WITNESS ME hahahahaaha love you tomo
The game feels good, I just wish they had realistic gun audio.
I'd hope it's still worth playing, it feels like it just came out not that long ago..
If we could get this on console bro ide be so happy
BATTLEFIELD MUSIC IN BATTLEBIT ❤
