I like the moves we made on the d core. Tanev is an amazing defensive d man who is a warrior out there on the ice and can play on the PK. OEL had a solid year for the panthers last season and is a good puck moving d man. Only thing I would want is a solid 3rd line center and figure out who will play on the 4th line with Kampf and Reevo. Hakanpaa is a good pickup as well, he can fill in whenever someone gets hurt. We also have a really good goaltender room with Woll, Stolarz, and Murray. I'm mostly excited to see how Craig Berube is going to implement his system and culture, it was time we had a new voice in the locker room and someone who has won the cup.

That's the biggest overhaul, Berube, and a new system. I'm excited to see how it all plays out. I do hope people don't go on a whole ' world is ending' if the Leafs start out slow. Adjustments take time. 82 game season.

I agree with overhauling the D but scoring is always our problem in the playoffs
