I have worked with both Japanese and Germans. A German can do a particular work in 4 hours that a Japanese does in 8 hours. An Indian on the other hand can switch to both modes given the surrounding.
i am currently working in Netherlands very happy with the work culture here...they give value to personal life...i would love to go to Japan for tourism..but i would never think of working there...

I have seen such exhaustion in most Japanese, who I met on business... Both in Japan as well as the ones visiting India.... I admire you, productivity rate in Japan is very low but things is changing day by day. I thanks to Covid 19 because it has changed Japanese working style 180 degree. With corona nowadays Japanese big company are introducing flexible work schedules and telework. And I am sure it will push Japanese productivity rate to 120%.

This doesn't sound like work it's sounds like a co-operate prison and few work protocol is like brain washing and by the way in india I have worked for a pharma company in my Past for about 1 year and the MD of the company is a complete FAN of Japanese way of working and after seeing this video now actually realize that I am also doing the same kind of work and follow all these protocols as well and to be honest it's very frustrating and irritating even I remember that my last few month in that company feel like years to me because these protocols look very simple and you feel like you can do these very easily but in reality with in week you will thinking your mind that "BC KYA CUTIYAPA HAI AUR KAHA AAKAR PHASGYA MAI" few thing are very good but the 1/2 hour early and the 1 hour late working pattern is very frustrating. I remember a incident where I did a overtime of 2 hours on that day and expect from my 9 hours shift from 9 am to 6 pm shift i worked for 2 hours more and went to my home at 9 pm and I sleeo after my night meal in 12 pm my Company MD called me at 2 am in night and told me to go the office and make urgent Lable design for the product and at that time he was sitting in Germany actually he was there for a medical expo kind of event and he just forgot to take the products for display so he called me and I have to mail him a new Lable design for the container he purchased there and at that night I travel all the way to the office which is almost out of city approx 30km from my home in a scooty in winter from 3 am to Morning 9 am I worked and E-mail the design and 2nd day a take a leave and give an application to HR to adjust my working hours to next day and at the end of the month what i saw that she didn't consider my 2 hours overtime and night shift of that day and after this I asked her about this why she didn't consider my overtime and not adjust my night working ours to next day than she replied me that our company only consider the overtime which is done for over 3 hours and only consider the working of minimum 8 hours as night shift for next day and that day I have decided that I am going to leave this company no matter how and just after one month I set myself free from that slavery and that day I also realize that if you have guts and willingness to work hard and learn new things do it for your self not for others and that day I have decided to start my own business and now I am doing my home business of clothes and same time start my fashion Designing. Because even If I will going to earn less money than other people but atleast in my hole life I can spend some quality time with my family and experience different things and colours of life which is most of the people never able to do even if they earn more money but they never get a chance to spend them or to enjoy their life Success isn't about only work actually work is a secondary or I can say a supportive activity which helps to earn and maintain your food shelter and cloths rather than that you have a family which is more important than money and their are 100's of other things you can do and you must have to do to and in last die with a smile of satisfaction and happiness. And in actual means your happiness will count as your success not money. So no doubt work hard but don't forget to live your life. God day and god Blessed you all And love you brother but you miss your family and country very badly this is clearly visible in your face you may ACHIVE all your life goals quickly so you will return to India and live a happy life 😊

Japan has done great in economic field but life for common person is not good there. For example in Canada, a low income individual has a beautiful house, enjoys weekends at lake side in summer and finds time and opportunity to ski in winter. He or she can enjoy playing golf but in Japan only super rich have access to such enjoyments.

This doesn't sound like work it's sounds like a co-operate prison and few work protocol is like brain washing and by the way in india I have worked for a pharma company in my Past for about 1 year and the MD of the company is a complete FAN of Japanese way of working and after seeing this video now actually realize that I am also doing the same kind of work and follow all these protocols as well and to be honest it's very frustrating and irritating even I remember that my last few month in that company feel like years to me because these protocols look very simple and you feel like you can do these very easily but in reality with in week you will thinking your mind that "BC KYA CUTIYAPA HAI AUR KAHA AAKAR PHASGYA MAI" few thing are very good but the 1/2 hour early and the 1 hour late working pattern is very frustrating.
I remember a incident where I did a overtime of 2 hours on that day and expect from my 9 hours shift from 9 am to 6 pm shift i worked for 2 hours more and went to my home at 9 pm and I sleeo after my night meal in 12 pm my Company MD called me at 2 am in night and told me to go the office and make urgent Lable design for the product and at that time he was sitting in Germany actually he was there for a medical expo kind of event and he just forgot to take the products for display so he called me and I have to mail him a new Lable design for the container he purchased there and at that night I travel all the way to the office which is almost out of city approx 30km from my home in a scooty in winter from 3 am to Morning 9 am I worked and E-mail the design and 2nd day a take a leave and give an application to HR to adjust my working hours to next day and at the end of the month what i saw that she didn't consider my 2 hours overtime and night shift of that day and after this I asked her about this why she didn't consider my overtime and not adjust my night working ours to next day than she replied me that our company only consider the overtime which is done for over 3 hours and only consider the working of minimum 8 hours as night shift for next day and that day I have decided that I am going to leave this company no matter how and just after one month I set myself free from that slavery and that day I also realize that if you have guts and willingness to work hard and learn new things do it for your self not for others and that day I have decided to start my own business and now I am doing my home business of clothes and same time start my fashion Designing.
Because even If I will going to earn less money than other people but atleast in my hole life I can spend some quality time with my family and experience different things and colours of life which is most of the people never able to do even if they earn more money but they never get a chance to spend them or to enjoy their life Success isn't about only work actually work is a secondary or I can say a supportive activity which helps to earn and maintain your food shelter and cloths rather than that you have a family which is more important than money and their are 100's of other things you can do and you must have to do to and in last die with a smile of satisfaction and happiness.
And in actual means your happiness will count as your success not money.
So no doubt work hard but don't forget to live your life.
