These movies were built based on the stories that were in those Comic Books. Anybody who read them when they came out (or even for many years afterward) would know what the ending was supposed to be. Those readers can see what Disney screwed up on. That's why the Marvel Cinematic Universe gets so much hate; the MCU does not stick with the script the Comic Books had laid out. These were original canon stories until the all mighty mouse got his filthy little digits on the stories.

Opening scene from Guardians of the galaxy Vol.3 says hello. I didn't like ant-man vs Kang fist fight scene which could be dope if they found a legit way to downgrade him, and the music during this fight were on point I felt like it was forcing me to feel certain way instead of feeling it naturally through proper build up and good screenwriting . Good score is when you don't think about and just naturally flow along with it as the scene goes, that just felt......fake

I hope people understand Kang is not a super powered being, he’s human. Skilled, but just a man. His suit is the source of power. Once the ants ripped it off him, he had to rely on skills. The ants had strength in numbers and Darren came in and messed up his force field. At the same time, yeah Antman should have died to create the word that Kang is here and this gives the Avengers a reason to have to figure out what to do.
The fight scene between Ant-Man and Kang is still one of the most brutal and violent scenes I seen. Hopefully for more of that in Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars.

While I enjoy this movie, I do understand why “Kang loses to ants” is such a negative criticism against the movie because Kang’s presence and beat down of Scott is overshadowed by that. Kang still could’ve lost but had he killed Scott during the fight, the ants sequence wouldn’t matter because Kang still killed Scott. And he should’ve kept Cassie in the quantum realm with him.

It would have been better if they went back to the normal world, but then Kang killed Scott in front of the world. Then maybe he could have been killed by a stronger Kang variant.
Something I never liked about Kang was that the writers always felt the need to tell us over and over again how badass or unstoppable he is, it really came across as hollow showboating that low key made him feel weaker. Thanos never had to remind us how fearsome he was, he just was. I mean sure, he had the recurring I am inevitable line from Endgame, but that was only really utilized for his last movie appearance. Every time Kang showed up, he had to go on and on about how impossible and dangerous he was. It got tiring really fast, at least for me. All that peacocking from Kang just made it even more embarrassing that he was once defeated by bugs, an annoying giant headed man, and people in bug themed suits… and then never seen again (until they officially write him off as an after thought in F4 First Steps). Bottom line, Doom is a much more iconic villain, and the franchise is in better hands following him into the future.

He’s a tech based character and his tech was fried so he had to rely on his martial prowess which did help him against ant man but he’s obviously going to lose against hope who still has a functional suit.

He could be such a good character but he gets his arm blown off (Iron Man), he gets his arm taken off by the Wakanda ladies, he gets his arm emp'd or short circuited by John Walker. It's just a plot device to make the stronger character be able to lose. I get it and remove the tech you even the playing field but I hope Marvel will move away from this in the future.

The two really should have gotten trapped in the quantum realm kind of mirroring Janet being stuck. Hank and Jan should have gotten killed somewhere in the movie (by Kang) With only Cassie returning finding out she doesn’t have enough knowledge to rebuild the teleporter thing because Hank helped her a lot. This could lead to Cassie asking help from the Avengers leading to the Kang Dynasty movie. This would have also solved the problem of making Cassie feel like a Mary Sue, Kang not feel like a pushover that literally couldn’t kill anyone and made it seem as if Hope and Scott defeat him out of pure luck, have a end to Hank and Jan because they really didn’t have anything to do with Hank and Jan’s story finished here, and have a good cliffhanger that could easily help the next writer jump in to continue the story.
This movie was pretty lame but this fight with no powers, just going at it, was pretty good. Would've been 10x awesomer if they didn't rewrite the ending a month before release -_-

That's why they didn't recast Kang and continue the story about him. To say that he is multiverse evil, but at the same time to show a movie where he loses to one of the weakest and useless characters in the MCU, given that the character itself is not interesting to anyone, as well as the movie itself. The only good thing about the movie is how Jonathan Majors played Kang convincingly enough. If the decline and impotence of Marvel's screenwriters hadn't been affected, it would have been possible to make Kang an Avengers-level threat. But apparently not in this universe XD

The best MCU movie since Multiverse of madness !!! The beautiful and emotional scenes, the good old fights and amazing stakes, the mysterious ending and the set up , Amazing and likeable characters, no modern day cinema bad habits, this movie is AMAZING!!!
And the best MCU portrayal of a villain since Loki and Thanos ! Jonathan Majors nailed it as Kang !!!! Powerful performance and his scenes with Scott are epic !!!

That's why they didn't recast Kang and continue the story about him. To say that he is multiverse evil, but at the same time to show a movie where he loses to one of the weakest and useless characters in the MCU, given that the character itself is not interesting to anyone, as well as the movie itself. The only good thing about the movie is how Jonathan Majors played Kang convincingly enough. If the decline and impotence of Marvel's screenwriters hadn't been affected, it would have been possible to make Kang an Avengers-level threat. But apparently not in this universe XD
