- Former South African President Thabo Mbeki who was in Kigali to attended the 30th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda (Kwibuka 30), told South African journalists that the problems in eastern DR Congo can be resolved in the event that the Congolese government implements the Sun City agreement signed between Kigali and Kinshasa in April 2003 and disarms the genocidal forces, FDLR, operating from its territory.
We know well Mbeki was behind of Genocide of millions of Congolese who died because of that war by sending Kagame to hunt all those hutus in DRC

The various reports which incriminate Rwanda and its Western supporters are not sufficiently disseminated to Le Monde. The Congolese, like the Nigerians, are everywhere in this world but their social networks only show good music and beautiful dance, SAPE and several “nonsense”. International politics is conducted through influence games and lobbies once a clear vision is defined. The Kinshasa regime is currently not sufficiently clear on its ideological line, its principles of governance and choice of international partnerships. It does not mobilize the majority of the people for obvious reasons. The Congolese must mobilize to liberate the country and methodically involve the international community in combating all forces that are not the country's national army. The militias that call themselves patriots must let the national army do the work with massive recruitment of new soldiers.

He's right, DRC Congo should disarm and stop working with these Fdlr which is made up of those that did genocide against Tutsis in Rwanda.

Mbeki is a corrupt former president
Congolese should stop crying like babies and do the right thing. How can they prevent some Congolese from partaking in the Congolese presidential election. I remember, a Congolese based in Kenya was banned from participating in his Congolese presidential election. The only way Congo would come out of those conflicts is for Congolese to put aside their tribalistic behavior and accept all Congolese as Congolese irrespective of tribe.
