I've been running Syncra SDC 3.0 on a 60g cube for a year. It's a great pump and well worth the money. I would buy the next size up if I were to do it over again, though. I have to run it at 100% to get 3x turnover (I actually measured the flow rate), but I thought I would be able to get much higher given the advertised flow rates. I really like the control it gives me, as well as the ability to monitor temp and maintenance reminders.
Hi Rico, thank you for the unboxing. From my experience, Sicce seem to be a company of good quality. I have their canister filter and it has been very quiet and powerful. So I can imagine their pumps are well built.
I've ran the AC Syncra on my 58 gallon for years. All 3 of my skimmers and Caclium Reactor use SICCE. Never had an issue with any of them. My Eheim 1260 on the frag tank has a worn impeller. I'm going to give the Sicce SDC 6.0 a go on the frag tank. Just need to hook it up. Love that the SDC also monitors Temperature, Another cool feature not to mention the 5 year Guarantee.
Been running this on the same size tank for 2 months. Pump is good, strong, and quiet. Wifi never worked and I have no app control. Guessing they will fix this? Ganna ask directly at Reefapalooza
I plan on getting this pump - from my research it has all the features I want and is the only pump that covers all the bases - Controllable from the app so you can program in for feed times etc Solid Warrantee Easy to Clean (this is a big one)
With technical support and a replacement controller we are still unable to connect the device to the Wi-Fi. Senior network engineer, and I’ve never had such problems. Also note this does not support 5G which is OK for most people. Someone has to know the trick how to force the Wi-Fi to stay on the controller and to get it to connect to my 2G Wi-Fi. 🤯

Been using my 9.0 on lowest setting for almost 2 years. No issues out of it at all. I'd definitely buy another.
Nice pump 😁
That’s a nice looking pump. Keep up the great work Rico 👍🏻🏆
Very nice!! 👍😎
Also Rico I can’t figure out how to set the wi fi if you can make a video on how to that would be great thanks in advance.

You should reach out to them. They have been really responsive to my questions when I have emailed them.

Thought the video would actually show how to put it TOGETHER...
I bought the 9.0 for my 180 and it’s way too strong,I have to run it on the lowest setting but I love it.
I have the 9.0 for my 120. Its definitely a beast of a pump. Way more than what I needed.
