Here it is! The final of the three "Daughter of Discord" shorts created for BronyCon back in 2019. At that point, only the song bit was finished, but when I lost contact with the artist, I got two more to finish the last bits. After many production delays, we've got this completed at last! I had hoped to have this released in May which is National Mental Health Awareness Month, but better late than never!
Ice Gaze, the voice of Cinnamon Roll, Applejack and Spike's adopted kid, came up with a parody song a few years back that takes place in the middle of Episode 5. While everyone else is dancing at the Grand Galloping Gala with their sweethearts, Cinnamon Roll is left alone. Ice Gaze created a whole new side of the character I hadn't thought of before. And you know, I've had some moments like this at dances as well. I didn't get much of a chance to develop Cinnamon Roll's character in the series, and Ice Gaze's parody of "Michael in the Bathroom" from "Be More Chill" inspired me to create a little short.
I have said it before, and I will say it again, that this will be my LAST video project in the "Bride/Daughter of Discord" universe. The projects have already taken a toll on my mental health, and to not take that into consideration would make this video hypocritical. The majority of the cast and crew have also moved on to bigger and better things, and have no time for an unpaid fan project. I thank everyone for supporting this series, but it is time for me to move on as well. For good.

I've always loved the detail of Cinnamon Roll having more of an accent than Cinnamon Stix since she was younger when they got adopted
Wow. That is quite nice. Sometimes I wish Cinnamon Roll would tell her family how she feels, but with new support from Cherry Pie, she can never feel left out. I know how that feels.
I'm so glad these 2 are getting so much development. Especially Cherry Pie. I like the idea of 2 seemingly random characters, who lean more towards the background while everyone else gets more attention, developing and growing together. I like Ice Gaze's way of thinking. I hope Blueberry Pie, Raspberry Pie and any other character that doesn't have much of the spotlight get more development like this.
They already have fanfics dedicated to them.

It's a great swan song for this series to go out on. Let it be known that this is her final project for this series. I hope that everyone gets that message, but there will probably be a few that won't get it. But, this is an incredible ending for this story. Hopefully, what you move onto next will be just as incredible as what you have done for this series.

I can't wait for this to come out. It might be the end of BOD type content but i would like to think that it's a new beginning for future projects and other fandoms.
I can't believe I've been watching you for so long! It's been so many years since this has all started. I started watching you with bride of discord at 9/10 years old, and now I'm 17 and I got to see you grow and come so far as a creator. Thank you for being a part of my childhood and that of many others ❤️
Bride of discord got me into voice acting, it got me into fandoms, it got me to be who I am. Thank you, thank you for everything. it has brought me so much happiness
Even though I was out of tears, on account I watched an emotional film before this (Wakanda Forever btw), I still felt the emotion of this animatic. Props to everyone involved (DF, Ice Gaze, etc.), this was very nice!🙂

OMG this animatic short was both sad and beautiful at the same time i'm talking standing ovation worthy! everything was done ever so fantastically and stupendously make no mistake about it i loved watching every second of this short you all did a perfectly astounding job guys truly excellent work!!!
Just want to say that it's unreal how much I relate to this. Feeling alone and left out, especially at a party or someplace else where you're supposed to fit in and have fun may be one of the saddest and scariest experiences out there. Even now that I'm a college student, I'll always recall a certain middle school dance which I spent quite a sizeable portion of in (you'll never guess!) the bathroom. And I've got a twin sister, too, so I totally relate to Cherry's experience of feeling left out even when you've got a built-in best friend for life. Seeing this side to Cinnamon Roll's character definitely made me feel a little less alone, too. So if anyone else out there was left in tears by this little animation, you're definitely not the only one, haha.
While it may be said to see the "Bride of Discord" projects come to a close (and I'll always love them and see them as one of the most beautiful parts of fandom--so many talented people coming together to make something out of pure love), it's awesome to see that so many of its creators have gone on to even bigger things. This may be the end of an era, but there is no ending that comes without new beginnings, whatever they may be.
Thank you for all you've contributed to the world. I don't think creators ever fully realize how much impact they have on others, how many hearts they've touched and days they've made brighter. How many people they've helped find a place where they feel they can belong.

I felt this. It doesn't matter the age; the feeling will always be there and how this message was delivered was done exceptionally well. I was a bit surprised it came from Cherry Pie of all ponies. There were days where I felt left out of all the fun my friends were having and disliked the fact I couldn't be a part of it. It made me feel like it was just me once more "flying solo," in Cinnamon Roll's words. I've long since came to peace over all that and now it doesn't bother me as much, but I still worry about what the future might hold and there is that fear I may be solo once again someday.
Aside from all that, I loved both BoD and DoD! I'm so glad I came across it all those years ago, though it was Episode 6 that caught my attention and well... I just went from there! I'll someday get around to the rest of the stories so I'm still excited for that :D

Can't believe that this is pretty much the end for the series.
I had an entire trilogy spond from the concept of DoD that also had a bit of my personal life put into my main character. And one of the main factors was depression and feeling left out. And while I'm still kinda stuck in that category, this series and my own that sponded from it has made that conflict a bit easier. And that's why MLP in general means so much to me.

God why I do I relate to cimmon roll? I'm a high school junior it's how I feel every day I go to school and now that I got sick making me need to stay at home for a while having no one notice I even stopped going to school makes it a bit worse.
Hope it gets better for you. I had a rough time in high school myself. The good news is that high school doesn't last forever.

Hiding in a bathroom? Yeah, I feel that, but for very different reasons.
I'm autistic. I can't deal with party noises over long periods of time.
I still feel bad about stepping away during my sister's wedding reception.
I had a shutdown. One of my worst ones. I too needed help then. But unlike a depressed person, who needs help getting back to the party, I needed help getting away from it.
For me. the bathroom was well enough insulated from the noise for me to slowly recover.
Back then, it was the man himself, my brother-in-law, who got me a taxi, and paid for it.
What a great note to go out on! It's been a wild ride!

After I just watched this touching short, I’m actually hoping I get to see a new one where Cinnamon Stick and Cinnamon Roll both reacting to when Applejack and Spike just had AppleSpike first born. I imagined how the two siblings vision and predict on what the future holds for the both of them with a new addition to their family, right before they meet the baby and begin to develop different opinions in the end and accept the little guy as their baby brother. Plus, I believe this idea could work for DisneyFanfic2364 because this came from “A Different Kind of Family” short when Spike said, “Doesn’t seem like an AppleSpike will be happening anytime soon?!” Which this idea of mine would probably answer on how he and Applejack hit that off and how it lead to AppleSpike being introduced in “Daughter of Discord”.
What about the other kids of the fanfic? Will they get their own shorts as well?
Sadly no. They have their own fanfic but it’s been discontinued or on hiatus since 2018 . Hope she finishes the fanfic at least but I heard it’s gonna have a bad ending cause the last chapter kinda ended with a cliffhanger .

I don't think so. If you read the description she said this is the last project she will do involving Bride of Discord as a whole. Due to how mentally and emotionally taxing it was. Also the cast have gone on to bigger and better things. So I doubt that it will happen, and if it ever did happen it wouldn't be until years and years from now.
It's unlikely and we just have to accept it. Because it's not our choice to make and they gave all this effort and time into a free project for us. And we should just be glad and grateful that we got two amazing audio dramas from it and not push it.
