SpiderElie speaking truth! 😂😂 Locke is the MOST frustrating character in all of LOST for me 😅 I love Sayid man…. his story is so fascinating, and that scene with the woman and her cat gives me chills! Soooo gooood
What was said in Russian: “- Mikhail, you know what should be done - We still have time. - We cannot risk. You know the conditions. - There is another way out - You know it should be done. This is the order - I’m sorry…”
The lady with a cat in Sayid's flashback became my favorite background character when she said "We're all capable of doing things these children did. But I will not do that. I will not be that". That is soooo deep 😭
Locke entering 77 is at least on the level of Charlie killing Ethan. But at least he, the musician had a reason to do it, between protecting Claire or getting revenge. But Locke... He followed the Swan station's instructions, then believed the Pearl's, then admitted they were wrong and yet he still follows the Flame's. He's a weather vane who doesn't know where he's going.😂
You've come to see Locke the same way I do. Maybe it's because I'm not watching the series for the first time, but he started to get frustrating to me when he and Boone discovered the hatch. Locke always acts on his own, always thinks he knows what he's doing, doesn't share information, acts rashly. . . Even when he had his crisis of faith in season 2, he decided unilaterally that no one was going to push the button. He's a great character, always interesting to watch. But in a real-life crisis I wouldn't want someone like that anywhere near me. One thing I like about Lost is that the characters are consistent. Jack, Locke, Kate, Sawyer, Hurley, etc. have the same personality traits, even when they're put in new situations. You don't find yourself thinking that someone is acting out of character. Mikhail told Locke that the chess program cheats. It's almost impossible to cheat at chess. It's an open game, with no hidden information. How would it cheat, by making illegal moves? That was a clue that Mikhail was lying. I'd say Mikhail and Sayid were doing the equivalent of playing poker, not chess. Each was trying to figure out what the other knew. Again, in chess, there's no hidden information. The whole state of the game is on the board for everyone to see. Poker depends on figuring out your opponent's hidden cards.
3 minutes into the reaction and laughing my butt off because you said Locke is a liability because of his decisions. Can't wait until we get to the end of this episode. Lol. Obviously I'm team Locke for life but even I was like wtf Locke. That communications station could have been valuable.
Locke was irking my nerves this episode too lol Another great episode and reaction tho. Season 3 has so many great episodes, can’t wait for the ones still to come. Side note if we going hooper for GOAT athlete, it’s Bron easily lol you too young to be brainwashed into having MJ as your GOAT lol
I mean who among us have never been distracted by a video game in the next room? And Locke hasn't had computer games since pre crash and now he has chess! The fact that he even came out of his room when he heard the Sayid/Mikhail scuffle happening is kinda a win here at this point.😉 Locke is now 2/3 on destroying Dharma stations he has encountered, who knows he may have thrown some dynamite down the Pearl station off camera to show it who's boss!🤣
Locke doesn't want to leave the Island. Locke does not want to let the passengers of his flight leave the Island. that's why he blows up the communications station. You should remember code 77, which is needed if an enemy gets into the station: this will come in handy in the future.
Goodbye Ms. Klugh. It was actually planned she would die where Colleen did, and Colleen was created because the actress was not available. So, instead she dies here. And you know... John Locke is not stupid. However, he might not have the same goals as most of the other survivors.
I am praying that you get your voice back after the Travis Scott concert. The streak is in danger. Jolo always thinks that he is right and that his way is the only way, until it isn't.
Regardless of intentions though... Locke is always being deceptive and hypocritical. He really has no right to decide everyone else's fate for them. He rails when done to him. Honestly, Locke should've just gone out into the jungle and lived his dream life communing with the island. But then... his tunnel vision, bad choices, and getting himself played is who he is, who he needs to be.
Locke never wanted to leave the island. He felt this place was the destiny of the whole group. Somehow, he KNEW they were connected to one another, and he knew they had to be there for however long, for a reason. Frustrating, sure, but as time goes on, you will see things unfold. Just take it in.
Yeah, but no matter what John believes... it's not his right to decide everyone else's fate for them. He loves to say, 'don't tell me what I can't do'... But then makes these unilateral choices that tells everyone else what they can and can do. Regardless of intentions, it's deceptive and hypocritical. Makes things very entertaining though.

You’re a dummy
"You like games, John?"
"Very much"
"You can play chess, that's alright. As long as you're not blowing shit up."
Had a good laugh at that.
lmao Locke just can’t help himself! pushing buttons and blowing stuff up 😂😂
That scene between Sayid and Amira was so powerful. Man, those actors killed it.

John Locke 2 | Dharma Stations 0
You're damn right.
Don't sit here and judge Locke like you ain't never been called away from something important by your gaming console. LMFAOO

This woman's forgiveness is beautiful. And her story breaks me every time. 😢

Thank you for having the best reaction to John Locke!!
Locke is gonna go through quite a rollercoaster this season
“What I gonna do with you, Locke?” There’s a question for the ages.
Sayid with the cat reminds me Kate with the black horse.

"I'm so pissed at Locke right now."
😂😂🤣🤣
That chess game that Locke won is actually a game of Karpov against Kasparov. The winner was Kasparov with the black pieces
Early on... "Locke, whatever you do, do not tamper with stuff..." 🤣 how I love irony! I almost choked on my coffee with that. 😂👏 👏
When Hurley told Sawyer that Hugo was his real name, he didn't join the dots of the letter he read on the raft "Who is Hugo, and how is he with $150m"

Locke just couldn’t help himself 😂
A beautiful episode 🌴 ❤ 🌴

You know I think Mikhail is telling half the truth. I theorize that he was at one point DHARMA but recruited as one of The Others later on.

Locke is on his own journey, it appears. But I can't fault him because I think his intentions are actually good, but he goes about it the wrong way.
