Im writing a book about Eddie and Reg, its a fictional dark comedy through Eddie's point of view and his time spent with Reg, and how the two actually got along. The real person Eddie had a problem with was Freddy, and it wasnt a big problem until he came out saying he put a 38 up Eddie's nose for the Richardsons beating up one of the Krays workers. It was a lie that got Eddie so mad, every time he sees Fred, he starts challenging him to a straightener! At 80 something! Eddie and Reg- i got the book in outlines and so forth, it starts off with Eddie looking up at a movie marquee for Legend and laughing, saying, "Well, got what they wanted - have it. I was about making a pound note, and Ronnie was the governor, and Reg...he really was a friend". Bit of an odd couple dark comedy set with their time together in lock up with the funny stories they had (because theres some good ones- like when Reg and Eddie beat up a guy together side by side, not sure what the story was, just heard Reg and Ed made an alliance in one moment to beat the crap outta someone together). Reg and Eddie got along and had some funny exchanges the way Eddie tells it. If you have any stuff about them two in nick, and their odd couple kinda journey, that would be great!
