This is a very interesting and informative video, thanks for sharing. good camera shooting as well, the detail in everything is very clear.
if you could get subtitles that would explain each step, that would be such an amazing addition! I understand that doing this may be costly or time consuming, so I understand why that may not be an option. Still, thanks for the great video.

Micro plastic inhalation is crazy here. The factory should invest in helping those who make their business a business. Now protecting what makes your money is bad business.

They have automated machines churning out bags, then at the end there is a guy manually stuffing a few bags at a time into the final packaging. Gee, I wonder where the bottleneck is...

The amount of inhaled plastic particles at many stages of this process is scary. No masks or even cloth over mouths. This is what uncaring business owners combined with less educated populations leads to.

Why they dont use more automation. They can kick 90% of the workers out and save lot of money

Yes, but think of the employment generated by the mode of operation.

      It’s the economics

Believe me that the cost of automating this is far higher than what they are paying these guys. The cost of a low end industrial PLC is about $500, and that doesn’t include the cost of programming and connecting it to the equipment. If you’re paying these guys $1/day, that $500 is enough to employ a guy for 1.5 years.
