Ye jo under line words hai inke liye ek register bana lo inko 5 se 6 baar practice karo jab tak outline word sunte hi yaad ajaye aapko ye outlines ache se practice hojae then aap dictation lo phle 70 ki speed then read Karo then 80 pe lo then 90 pe dictation lo ese speed build hogi apki.😊 And dictation 400 words krke Lena ek din main840 words mat karna 400 ek din 400 agle din. Or agar speed abhi nhi h aapki to 60 then 70 ki speed se lo then 80 only.

This Dictation has 800 words, You can count the time when the Dictation starts and ends and then multiply it by 70wpm or 80wpm whatever the Speed is to get the total words.
