Hey man, really appreciated this video! Wish me luck for my turn. Cheer
Thanks for the vid!! have you any tips on removing the water pump itself ?
Great video, thanks so much..
Wish me luck this weekend, 🍀😁
Thanks for the videos on the Mk1 Vito. Hard to get a good manual.
I would add to anyone attempting this belt change, the 17mm spanner (wrench) needs to be a of a reasonable deep reach.
my old Britool 17mm ring spanner hasn't quite got the depth and fouls on the belt leading to it flying off, a bit dangerous! Not sure if a zero angle long aviation spanner would work on the other side of the belt. Please let me know if you have any luck.
+Harvey Smith Used a swan neck. Thanks for watching.
Merci beaucoup mon frère.de l'Algérie
good video howecer it is showing back to front unfortunately yt invert videos for some reson
Did you ever get any probity air in the fuel line coming out of the filter ??
Great video. I have a 638 serpentine belt has come off twice in the last couple of weeks, I had it replaced about a year ago, tensioner seems good. Any idea. Cheers,
darren lennox I would start at the belt and the tensioner. As they are relatively new, I would question the quality or the fitting of these components; or the size of the belt. Was it a cheap tensioner or from a dealer? It maybe failing. I would take the belt off and check all of the components for wear, movement, noise, fitment and contaminates. If I found nothing, I would change the belt and tensioner. Thanks for watching.
Cheers for this vid mate, well appreciated.
