As a gunslinger myself (note that I only really know a handful of simple tricks. I am an amateur, self taught) this guy's moves are incredibly impressive. I approve
I can do it, but only 1 spin. I don't think I'll ever get more than that but it's easy to do one after practice. More than 1 underhanded spin is like magician level skill though. Respect to anyone devoted enough to pull it off.
Yeah, I don't own any guns but I've handled a few and they're not super light or anything, at least not after a while doing something like on screen. I'm thinking these might be prop guns, fully functional but sure as heck not for firing real ammunition. The benefit is being able to use them in movies and times like this looking completely realistic but at the same time made out of lighter materials/metal. I mean, all those times you see Angelina Jolie in action movies using a fully stalked assault rifle with her pencil thin arms and wrists should be pretty obvious they're not the real deal construction-wise.
In japan model gun (plastic gun that shoots those pea bullets) is quite popular and have its following. Its probably not as heavy as real gun but I imagine the guy probably can do it with a real gun
I dont want to be that guy but these are clearly model guns mate. Still, the peacemaker is pretty light mate. Spinning it for 25 secs shouldnt be a problem. Check out here on YT other people doing the complete routine with actual guns.
So that’s how ocelot gotten his name, Revolver Ocelot, because he was a master of the western icon, hence the impressive gun spinning tricks that made the MGS fans cheered
I'm honestly amazed he remembered the exact choreography for this. The amount of twirls with the gun throws just make you think how the heck did he even remember when to switch stance
I always thought Ocelot was an annoying old guy in MGS. I didn't even notice that I beak him in the first one and in the 2nd one I only noticed him because of Liquid. But in MGS3 he became one of my favorite characters of all time. And 4 made me love him even more, he's the ultimate soldier.

Guy 1: " I'm a doctor and went to school for 8 years to earn it."
Guy 2: "Oh yeah? Well I'm a billionaire entrepreneur."
Tornado: " I spin guns around like an absolute badass."
Guy 1+2: Shit....y-you're pretty good.
Pretty...good? *faints
3:00 just love how Big Boss is just watching it all happen like he's honestly enjoying the show
He has a Kojima Productions patch on his right arm. What could that possibly mean? Or am I looking to much into it? Lol
He's literally their motion capture person for Ocelot
It means... he's one of the La Li Lu Le Lo :o
Whoa hoaaaaaaaaaaaa
i never ever expected this LEGENDARY game scene to be actually viable IRL
It's the opposite.
Ocelot's motion in MGS3 was created by capturing Yoshida's movements.
2:30 was I the only one expecting Ocelot the load the bullet by flipping in the air and having fall into the revolver’s barrel?
That was some fancy shooting, You're pretty good
1:31 the legend said the gun still spinning till today
0:39 - 0:42
OH those were two separate scenes. I thought the pistol turned into a revolver in the next cut.
The best part about it is the nat geo wild music on the background like we're watching a super rare sighting of an actual Ocelot
I love the one where he holsters it backwards and has to replace it. Such a brilliant touch
I like how Ocelot consider himself Major but he clearly has Captain stars on his shoulders
why don't we just send in tornado yoshida to take out isis?
He'll take too long.
Using Tornado Yoshida violates several parts of the geneva conventions
Because isis doesn't exist. It's created to give an excuse to invade and walk over countries.
@@fwwryh7862 Okay, edgelord, go to your room.
CENTRA STUDIOS Now that’s some Metal Gear tier conspiracy theory! You’re pretty good!
As a gunslinger myself (note that I only really know a handful of simple tricks. I am an amateur, self taught) this guy's moves are incredibly impressive. I approve
The fact he loves gun spinning and his name is Tornado. What a badass
I'm an adult and this is still the coolest thing I've ever seen.
His trigger discipline is fantastic, and he actually decocks the Makarov before spinning it into the holster.
That was some fancy moves, I'll give you that.
Okay okay... Who jizzed??! Just me? Well Alright then...
Hit it and quit it
*Eyaculate and Evacuate*
*HIT HER BOX AND CHANGE THE LOCKS*
*S H O O T T H E J I Z Z A N D O U T Y O U I S*
I fuckin' lost it the first time I saw Ocelot's gunspinning. The way he kills the hornets with it is hilarious.
Ever since i was a wee lad,i've always wanted to do that underhanded gun spin that ocelot does... So sick
I can do it, but only 1 spin. I don't think I'll ever get more than that but it's easy to do one after practice. More than 1 underhanded spin is like magician level skill though. Respect to anyone devoted enough to pull it off.
It's easy enough to pick up. But practice with gloves on, otherwise you'll end up with a blister on the side of your finger
To the town of Agua Fria rode a stranger one fine day
Hynox Xitio Hardly spoke to folks around him
didn't have too much to say
No one dared to ask his business, no one dared to make a slip
The stranger there among them had a big iron on his hip,
Big Iron on his hip!
This man could easily take on Texas Red
Damn yoshida is so badass!! He nailed it!
I didn't think it was actually possible to pull off that kind of gunspinning in real life. That's sick as f*ck!!
Hats off to you good sir. That is pure hard work at its best.
0:17 “you’re pretty good...”
His skill is "Pretty Good"
Ok.
Ok.
This guy must be really strong. I have a real SAA and I can't spin it on my finger for more than maybe 25 seconds at a time
Yeah, I don't own any guns but I've handled a few and they're not super light or anything, at least not after a while doing something like on screen.
"For God's sake, man! Stop playing with your gun in the meeting!"
IT'S ALL MY FAULT! ISHUDALEDIMBEREVOLVEROCELOT! :'(
Aye Tornado even switches hands when he throws it behind his back. Yikes what a high stakes showdown!
*"Forget what Hollywood taught you."*
Yup, that's convincing.
Hard to believe Ocelot never had a stovepipe malfunction with that Makarov until that point
I thought camera angles plays a big part in these scenes and that they would look lame without those angles. But damn, mister Yoshida proved me wrong
