Love this home! I’m not a fan of Glen Heights. I’m in a neighboring city and would love something like this but it takes money down and a 6 figure salary to live in something so nice comfortably. When I hit the lottery, I’ll definitely be hitting him up 😊.

I help homebuyers throughout all of DFW 🙂 However, to your next point about money down, last month I helped some first time buyers purchase a brand New home like this with zero money down and a 4.5% fixed interest rate (in Dallas County). Special home buyer programs like that come and go quickly... If you would like to be a part of the small group of people who I notified when I find unique home buyer programs like this, let me know.

I’ve been told before about zero down and a low rate BUT it’s about affording the mortgage plus all the other bills for the home. Definitely have to hit a million dollar + lottery for these beautiful homes.

@scratchnwinboom5679 there are some beautiful homes in Waxahachie with really good prices. I've helped multiple clients purchase homes in Waxahachie too With Glenn Heights being closer to Downtown Dallas, maybe this is why this builder priced it this way. Some buyers are willing to pay more for a closer commute time to Dallas
lol right, on the edge of dallas, alot of one lane roads leading to the neighborhoods, it sucks , but hey, I watched it grow for the last 15 years, I just think they should fix their roads leading into the areas, instead of building more homes to cause traffic.
@ That’s a negative, Bear Creek is the main rd here in Glenn Heights and it’s falling apart daily. Yes the town is growing, however, the improvement hasn’t. 20yrs of experience living here.

Love one level homes. I like electric stoves. Sometimes, the stove can be converted. Also, I'm not a fan of carpet.
