I read an article at The Atlantic claiming it takes too long to train doctors in the US. So we have a shortage of primary care doctors. In the Uk there is a combined college med school program taking 5 years, I think. I remembered seeing a video by Ella saying she was premed. I think. Why should it take Ella 8 years to do what takes only five in the UK? When Ella is a big shot in medicine maybe she can change that.
