I don't see anything weird or unusual here. Probably they were tired that we can't see much skinship, and I think they were too happy and touched to receive their first award + LOTS of fans were there to congratulate them. So they maybe cannot express fully their happiness to all fans. And regarding mew and mild, they have known each other before tharntype so they are very close compared to other actors
At first, I love the wifey protection squad. Last night i was a possesive girl. Mild was very touchy with Mew. And MewGulf looks like they sulking at each other. They might be tired or there may be some weight on their minds.. but as i see, that was beyond tired.. they clearly sulking at each other. but seeing this video, my possesiveness were completely gone. All i see in this video was Mild and Kaownah were trying to make them made up.. their high-five/stock behind MewGulf was clearly showed that how much they(kaownah n Mild) want to make them made up... Im not an English speaker, sorry for my bad english
