Learning to let go is one of life's greatest gifts. It frees me from so many negative and anxious emotions. This frees up space for a more, serene, calm and present existence. It's not easy, our natural instinct is to grasp tighter the more we value something. I'm learning to trust in the process and loosen my grip. Instead try to Follow my instincts and understand when things outside my control. The seeds are sown, they've been watered, let nature take its course.
Understanding I'm always learning is such a beautiful gift. It keeps me humble and reminds me how amazing our world is, full of so many beautiful gifts, lessons and feelings waiting for me to discover.

What happens when life gets to much and dont have the energy to b everyones uplifting person and you just need to b uplifted, to b shown kindness?? Energy is a word and not justified when the universe sends the perception. English does not do is justice in a nature that has not savage behavior and we are supposed to be self aware.
