I am happy to say we are working out a replacement for our old lobby shuttle elevators, once we do some more work in the lobby we will be removing them and replacing with something much more up to date. I'll also be sure to see about looking into the elevator buttons on the high rise bank to see if we can make them work a little better. Tomorrow we'll also be getting custom room keys and an all new check in system. We're also quite glad to hear you enjoyed your room.
