@@vodyanoy2 Wasn't even Political Correctness. Too be frank, Victoria 2 team was small and under funded back then, even Johnny Comes Marching Home was cut ¼ of the way of its original length. So don't make this a political thing and just ask for such, so the demand will rise and hopefully we can get a full civil war experience DLC

I think what you're looking for is: "If they do release a Vic 3 Civil War, they should include some Southern Music, as they did with Union music, especially since they have more funding now and a larger team" Yeah, I get what you mean now 👍
We enjoy them a lot, however they are very time consuming and not a system we can use for every update. But, it is something we will look at for future updates!

Yes, I know they take time, but they explain things and they show that you are supporting the, are invested in the game, and will continue to support and improve Victoria 3. Keep it up. The game is getting so much better! I hope there is an historical scramble for Africa DLC or something in the pipeline, the fact that the colonisation is pretty bare bones is disappointing but I think that leaves great scope for an in depth exploration of that aspect of the game.
1.5 is a great update. played it a lot and most countries now feel different from another economy wise. pls do navy next. I want to build and count dreadnoughts. also pls make realistic stats. no amount of wooden ships should kill a dreadnought. hoi4 market system would be very cool here so you can sell your old ships to sa or asia and really need to make a new navy every tech step. if you dont want to implement a armor stat you need to make old tech really really bad. maybe make each tech with factor 100 or 1000 better.
This is to provide you incentive! The better you get your final papers out of the way, the less will be in the way of dedicating all your time to Victoria.
Here's hoping canada gets the hudson bay back. And wood. Lots of wood. Seriously. Wood.Greater than 347 million hectares of wood. So much wood, it makes Russia and Brazil blush. Wood
We need external investment mechanics, at least in our common market area. Also fleets should not be able to project force too far away. Armies as well. If the british army can be transferred to China and fight as well as it would fight in France it's a gigantic failure. The farther an army is from their base the more difficult and expensive it should be. Now the cost is just building and maintaining a dock which is crazy. Docks should make money like railroads and hiring transports for the army should also cost money. Foreign trade routes must also consume transportation, which must be bought from somewhere. Internal markets between states should also need transportation to transfer resources around(although that would be hard I know)These are the biggest problems currently. Also add spices to the game and bronze. Especially for electicity bronze should be needed Traditionally europe was lacking in this area(you know what I mean) Also the traditional economy of peasant farms should make a certain amount of iron. And even primitive troops should need to use it. Chinese peasant farms should also make some silk and china, while indonesian farms should make spices. That's my two cents.
I'm loving the recent patch! It brings a nice touch of added challenge to the game. Now, I'm finding myself putting extra thought into where I place my industries and considering the new local prices. The states feel more unique and specialized, and I'm totally into it. Awesome work on the update, keep it coming!

Foreign Direct Investment is an area we are going to be adding alongside the same update as the Sphere of Influence expansion pack!
