I am so amazed how different building a house is from one country to another. When you buy Windows in the US they already have glass and most are double pane insulated from heat and cold.
The difference between cultures is also interesting to us. 💛🌻
Even here in u.k glass is supplied with windows and prices includes fittings .
And USA window glass is slightly tinted to block harmful uav sunlight, non glaring glass.
I notice they can’t buy 2x4’s, 2x8 so or 4x4 post 6x6 post or pressure treated deck boards. I know they don’t have many trees there but I wonder why Iran does import better. Quality wood. I feel sorry for the builders there. The wood they build with there would be burned here. . Iran must not import quality construction materials. The oil burning stoves would scare the heck out of me. The stoves are very thin and would never past inspection for sale here. I wonder how many house fires those stoves cause or death from carbon monoxide poisoning
I know they do the best they can with what they can buy. If they could get quality materials it would be easier to work with. They would be in heaven shopping in Home Depot or Lowe’s Home Improvement here

Милад ,нужно на окнах снять пленку с стеклопакетов ,иначе она со временем от жары полопается и ее тогда тяжело будет снять . Стеклопакеты белые ,а буквы как то не смотрятся на окнах . Сейчас в доме стало красиво ,особенно в комнате Шадмера . Молодцы . Поскольку вы живете в жарком климате можно на пол уложить плитку для пола тогда будет шик ,блеск ,красота .
И что красивого в комнате Шадмера? Полная безвкусица, все наляпано, это не для ребенка!!!

A master painter needs to be hired.
Ну хочется подытожить,дом построили и вроде не так и плохо,но. 1.поторопились с бордюром.Сначало надо было залить пол,а потом бордюр.Теперь половина высоты бордюра под цементом.2.Конечно поторопились с покраской стен,ну просто захотелось красоты,я как бы это понимаю.Но по нормальной схеме начинать надо,как и многие здесь писали с покраски потолка.И у нас что бы не было подтеков используют специальную клекую ленту по границе окраски.Сейчас граница потолка и стен неровная.3. Цвет потолка,конечно,очень темный.Если уж хотели под дерево,то надо было выбирать светлые его оттенки.Понимаю,что выбор в магазине небольшой,но покупка темной краски опрометчевый поступок.Махин дважды сказала-светлую краску купить.Милад очень спешит и часто видимо не обдумывает свои действия и самоуверен.Мне так показалось,наблюдая за ним.4.Цвет в комнате сына голубой,он считается холодным цветом.Насколько он подошел это еше вопрос. И трафареты ,если уж захотели надо было делать не в хаотичном порядке,а все разметить и неперебарщивать.Опять поторопился Милад.

Hassan is so quiet and different from all the rest. A man of very few words, but when he speaks his words are good advice and kind words. He loves his mother and father. He comes home from university and goes right to work to help everyone. He always cleans up messes. He adores his nephew. He may not speak much but his words matter. Most handsome and kind and very observant. He is truly special.

ولی مهین جان برای سقف رنگ نقره ای خواست مغازه دار سفید پیشنهاد کرد ولی شما قهوه ای زدید خیلی سقف کوتاه و تاریک و دلگیر شد ❤ و شابلون زدن را اگر به مهین مسپردید و عجله نمیکردید حتما ایشان با سلیقه بهتر و زیباتر انجام میداد و رنگهای بهتر

It's a clown house now. Too much stencils and the ceiling is WAY to dark.
На мой взгляд белый потолок смотрелся бы лучше, дом был бы светлее, и цветы нанесли как-то некрасиво, я ожидала что в детской комнате рисунки должны быть детской тематики ,а не цветы, но это моё субъективное мнение.
The stencils will look great on the walls. I have done a lot of stenciling. You need to wash the stencil after two or three times. It will make the design sharp and clear on the wall. Also, I have used different colors for the leaves and flowers. The job can be fun and artistic. I love to stencil. Wish I were there to help. 😊😊😊
But you have to take your time doing it. They are rushing everything and it will just end up being a big mess!

The house was coming out amazingly until the dark brown ceiling. Lighter colors are preferable but the dark down doesn't match. Maybe try repainting only the beams with lighter brown to lighten up the ceiling a bit

Just when I was wondering if every truck in Iran is blue I see four trucks in the town that were white!
It seems the big trucks are all blue and the small are white. Interesting!
I think mostly they have either blue or white. Seldom we see other color. Unlike us , our vehicles comes in different color.

I have to agree. The stencils in the boy's room are too feminine. If you must paint, put stripes on the bottom half of the walls.Please, no stencils in the big room.

Hola bonita familia, que bien va quedando su casa, pero algo muy importante es también terminarla de proteger x fuera repellarla y hormigonar las paredes como dicen en tu país por escuché que querías ponerle azulejos a es no es así, ya después de hacer este trabajo si ponlos si es lo que quieres, porque cuando haya lluvia trasmina las paredes entra la humedad y botara los azulejos de tu cocina, es simplemente una observación.

The stencils are a good idea . I especially liked the way the green flowers turned out, I think the whole family enjoyed themselves. The brick stencils were very effective too.Father will see great progress when he comes home.The ceiling came out very well.Mahin was right to suggest the spray,it coloured well and the gaps in the wood were painted too.

There will be no dirt and dust, rain falling from the wood ceiling into the house. Last episodes show the 3 part installation of their type of roofing: the wood beans and planks, the layer of thick plastic nailed to the wood, a layer of soil then its all concreted over. 🌹

Один из вариантов, к примеру: голубые стены и белый потолок это самый воздушный интерьер, а если короткую стену покрасить в серо- голубой или серо зелёный цвет и нанести понятные ребенку рисунки, предварительно закрасив неудачные трафареты, это может заинтересовать Шадмера. Яркие цветы, разбросанные по всем стенам--- это не для мальчика. Они будут утомлять ребенка. Извините, но это сугубо моё мнение. Ну а родители как хотят, вариантов много, но существующий на данный момент интерьер грубый и не понятный.

The wife asked for silver paint for the ceilings. Why did they purchase brown?? Silver would have been a much lighter color and the brown will make the room dark. I do not understand why the wife does not get to go choose the items for her home!!

Махин, так то просила светлую краску для потолка (серебристого цвета) нет и всё! Никто там ни кого не слышит. Намазали как забор во дворе... А вот это? видно же что зелёный трафарет (цветы) на голубом выглядят чётче красивее, нет ляпают жёлтые.. Разочарование.. А так всё красиво начиналось

Milad is always in a hurry, and sloppy in his work.
Ghadir…has not grown up, very immature, extremely noisy, in clapping, dancing, singing, and playing with Bad-Shad”s toys…and playing with Bad-Shad.Ghadir gets on people’s nerves. However, when a job is being done EVERYONE PICKS ON HIM. GHADIR DO THIS, GHADIR DO THAT,GHADIR FETCH THIS AND THAT. He barely has time to turn around, because everyone is telling him to do things.
Dad interferes in all the projects…no matter WHO is doing them.
Mom, is a camera hog, always budging in, on what’s being filmed. .very annoying! Nobody wants to see her mug all the time.
Milad’s wife, seems to be everyone’s slave. One day, she will blow up! Or, leave..AGAIN!
Shadmire…better known as Bad-Shad, because of his selfishness, hateful nature, stubbornness, disobedient nature, is becoming very much disliked by the general public.
