It certainly makes for quite the comparison to her support with Laslow. She doesn't mind Kaze's popularity with the ladies but if Laslow does anything with another woman, BOOM!, off to the torture chambers for him.
There are actually plenty of supports where neither of these comes up with Camilla, moreso with her not threatening her partner in their conversations than not bringing up Corrin. The problem isn't that Camilla has these described traits as her main characteristics as much as it is that these are primarily what is focused on whenever she appears in the main story proper, which leads people who don't read her supports to judge her mainly on those traits alone. With most characters in Fates, there is usually more to them than just what we see of them in the main story if you read their support conversations, but despite this, there are still ignorant people who believe that the characters in the game are mostly one-dimensional

Kaze is Corrin's retainer, and ladies tend to tell people that are close to them that they're engaged. It only makes sense, and I'm honestly surprised that Corrin wasn't brought up sooner given how close both Kaze and Camilla are to them lol
