Chuck, I enjoy watching your videos. They are very informative and really serve to demonstrate your knowledge through first-hand experience and client feedback. The new slab doors and hardware are a great upgrade/look. It is very clear that you and your team put a lot of effort into designing these coaches. Your sense of humour is also appreciated! (i.e "time to get this dead cat off my shirt" - lol).

I first started viewing your videos about 4 months ago, rather impressed with your units, I've only viewed Renegade XL's at the moment and at over 500k this is truly a lottery dream for me and never expected to see one in person. In the last month I've seen two different Renegade XL's on the local US 190 highway that runs near my homestead - know they were two different ones because they had different exterior color schemes.

Chuck, you do a really good job and provide a great presentation. You singly have gotten me to consider a Super C over a Class A. This layout provides a stunning layout and the bedroom cabinetry is elegant. i really get your sincerity in providing the best layout and quality that will last for years in this age of planned obsolescence. I am old enough to remember when Americans took pride in building with integrity. You still do. Thank you.

Chuck and camera operator (son?), love the details and extensive explanations. It's obvious you know of which you speak and that's appreciated. Nothing worse than a clueless sales person spouting total baloney. They really are a turn-off. You inspire confidence and act more as a consultant than a pushy salesperson looking for that quick buck.
Love the "little" custom features you have added that make such a big difference in livability. Being a user yourself makes such a tremendous difference.
Your Service Level Agreement and vehicle wrecker connections for roadside assistance are very appealing. In fact you might consider offering a SLA for roadside assistance as a product. I used to sell and administer these for a high tech company and know these can benefit the customer and the company alike.
I would be very interested to view a video of the Renegade factory construction process on the Classics and Veronas. I have seen Show Hauler's process on video and am very impressed and the strength of their coaches (especially revealing the lack of damage from a wreck).
In the cockpit, I would love to see smartphone wireless charger/dock that is viewable and usable for the driver. Love that a decent cupholder is available for the driver.
Your experience with the sound bars verses discret surround speakers was interesting and soundbars certainly simplify installation.
In the master bedroom, why not have a rear emergency escape DOOR instead of just a window? I realize that is not as important for a mid-entry coach, but I am concerned about fire safety/escape. In fact I like the idea of a halon fire suppression system in the engine, genset, and Aqua Hot compartments as well as anywhere where an open flame or potential excessive heat build up is possible. I've seen the RV wrecking yard videos...

Great Videos Chuck!! I can tell you take a lot of satisfaction in your Coaches. They're all beautiful. And I believe so much hard work has been put into them. If I am ever able to buy a Coach, it will be one of yours, indeed! I would have no worries in owning one. If I had an issue I know and believe I could count on you and your team to help me. So I pray you have continued success for you, your family and team. God bless

One thing I think would be nice is if RV manufactures would place something like Dynamat Sound Deadener on the bottom sides of the metal sinks. especially on the larger sink like in yours so that the sink doesn't make that loud drum clanging sounds when someone is doing dishes. Just something for you to think about for future high-end models. I put Dynamat on the sink in my house, and it made a world of difference.

  • @calvinh.8882

505hp. with 1850flbs of torque is awesome! I remember years back when you had 450hp 1500flbs of torque, you really had something that would move you along when loaded down with 60.000+lbs. So this unit must make you feel like the king of the highway. lol. I bet it will ride out! And you best keep a watch on your speed, because a unite like this will feel like you're cruising around 55-60 when you're really running 80-85. lol.
And yes, those Detroit DD13 are million-mile engines. I'd straight pipe mine with 6inch dual exhaust so I could hear that engine talking to me. I guess I'm old school. lol.

The 505 engine has Max torque at 975rpm and the 600 motor has it at 1100rpm but to be honest I think it depends on the transmission and axle ratio as to how the truck will be comfortable going down the road. If it was me I'd have the 15.6L with 560hp and 2050 torque as a bigger but less stressful engine should last longer. But if you could get a Volvo chassis I'd love their 16 litre engine with the 750hp engine and 2618lbs ft of torque at 950rpm.

Another great job heartfelt video your passion it's quite evident. You have one of these units you live in one of these units and you know what you want that to me makes a huge difference so many sales people don't even know what they're selling or even what their company makes. I personally appreciate the time and effort that you and your crew put into the videos and the in depth details of different components. I periodically check for new videos and hope that you keep them coming. I'm about wrapping up my career and will be coming in to see you guys in the near future. Decisions need to be made and dreams need to be kept I hope to include you and your crew in my process of getting to my and result.
One question that I've been really wanting to get an answer on, as far as a floor plan goes we currently have American coach with a passenger side Dinette. We've been used to this layout forever, I feel the view is always better on the passenger side then on the roadside. I noticed that all of your coaches have Roadside Dinettes. There are a couple Renegade designs that have the passenger side Dinette, is it possible on your higher end chassis to have the dinette set on the passenger side? With a large unobstructed window? That's all I really had a question on as far as a floor plan layout.
Looking forward to seeing what your new coach is in the future.
    Good day

💕 Thanks Chuck ! Cool model ! I think this is the one I'd go for as well ! Did you say your wife drives as well ? Being a woman, I'd want a shorter cab, for sure. It'd be nice to design one ! I think I'd go with something between this one and the 2019 Freightliner W/Mudroom. Are there many other (if any) 113s ? This shows how long I've been watching, huh ? Ha Sorry for asking boring (uneducated) questions. I'm new & learning as I go.
Thank you for your kind words in the end ! God Bless you & your family. Keep on building the dream ! 👍🏼😉

Outstanding video. I really enjoyed how it was done. I have watched several videos from IWS now and I believe I like this format best. Having said that. It will be the middle of next year before I am ready to make a change from our Class A we have now. I now know the lead time is about a year to have you make a custom rig for me. I do have two further questions however. Can we have this classic floor plan on the 47 foot Chassis? My second question is, do you complete Renegade custom Rigs for sale on your lot at all times? If my wife were to fall in love with a Coach you have on your lot could we take if home? "yes I know there is prep time needed before we can drive away". I think you understand what I am asking.
