Thanks for the video. I replaced the drive unit, might have gotten away with replacing the drain valve. I just wasn't interested in ripping it all apart if the drain valve didn't fix it!

Thanks a lot! This video helped me to open the machine, even though I don't understand Russian. My problem was not electrical, but I had a water leakage which I found in this way. Solution was to replace a washer; the new one was thicker than the original one, so apparently Siemens has discovered that it was a design flaw. Luckily, the explosion drawings at the Siemens site were very helpful in detecting which part I needed to replace and to order it.

Sorry for the delay. Yes, it was leaking just behind the front panel. But you have to open it completely (following the instructions in the video) to find the leakage and to be able to access it.
No, it did not give any error message. I just happened to find out it was leaking.

Hi, on the Supresso S20, after turn on the machine, the motor run 3 times, then the for bottom lights apears. What supose the problem?

Hi Sir. Thanks for the informative video. I keep getting CLOSE THE DOOR while the door is actually closed. Where is the sensor? What is the remedy? Thank you in advance
If this could be useful to a future user there is no door switch but it is the switch which detects the brewer group which gives the door closed message so check the wiring of the switch and its operation.
In any case thank you for the very useful video for dismantling the machine
почему не показали симптомы по которым определили что нужна замена редуктора?или задача стояла подороже ремонт сделать?А следующему клиенту уже снятый с этой машины редуктор будете ставить?хороший у вас сервис, нужно будет обязательно к вам обратиться с ремонтом.

Анатолий, спасибо! Вы мастер своего дела. Красиво работаете. Может быть подскажете что нужно заменить в этой кофемашине, если спустя 10 лет работы движок помола кофе в течение недели стал работать медленее, а затем вообще отказался молоть кофе. Засыпаешь молотый кофе - работает. Может что смазать надо? Или движок "сдох"?
Добрый день, на 90% мотор кофемолки вышел из строя. Правильно будет поменять кофемолку в сборе на оригинал. В целях экономии можно поставить неоригинальный мотор.
@@user-dh5bp2vs4u Анатолий, спасибо. Опираясь на Ваше видео по разборке. Разобрал кофемашину и снял кофемолку. Почистил ее от зерен кофе. Собрал. Кофемолка сделала 2 чашки кофе, после чего опять пишет загрузите зерна, несмотря на то, что зерна засыпаны. Наверное надо вызывать мастера. Не подскажете, к кому можно обратиться?

Помогите пожалуйста. Кофемашина ко мне пришла в полуразобранном состоянии. Заменил шестерню в редукторе, собрал машину. При включении работает как должно быть, делает прочистку, при выключении также делает очистку, дает пар, но не хочет варить кофе. Молит кофе, ЗУ встает в положение подачи кофе, но на этом процесс завершается и все возвращается в исходное положение. Подскажите, в чем может быть проблема? ruclips.net/video/vRb-5pGoKz0/видео.html

Unscrew the back wall, at the bottom there is a plastic strip with contacts of the waste tray. If there is a microswitch, remove it and connect the wires directly. the problem will be solved.

это не мастер, а варвар какойто.. А отремонтировать редуктор не дешевле? Там то и ламаться нечему, помазать или резинки на клапане заменить.
