Hey! I was responsible for the Block Pets' behaviors in this pack, and I liked your review. 😁
About your gameplay, I have some details:
- I'm sure the Raw Iron bug was not caused by the pack, because it's impossible to modify vanilla blocks and items. Also, the map was made before Minecraft add the Raw Ores.
- About the spawning of animals, there's nothing that makes vanilla animals not spawn. Which happens here is: that is how the Bedrock engine works for spawning mobs naturally. The more entities I have for natural spawning, the more the game will divide the spawns between all the entities that spawn in a same condition.
- The object giving invalid spawn egg is a bug caused by the game that changed the custom spawn egg identifiers without making this change versionable, so it happens because the map is from two years ago.
- Chest Block Pets open their inventory. You just need to sneak without holding any item interactable with it! Not sure about why it didn't work for you, maybe you didn't click on the right time while sneaking.
- You can also open inventory when mounted on any Block Pet.
The Beacon and the Jukebox Pets are a ton of fun too! :D
