We have laws that clearly set out that no-one has the free speech right to yell fire in a crowded theater. We also need to have laws that no one has the right to disturb public spaces with sounds, violence etc are paraded by non-believers and by zealots who yell horrible intolerant messages from loud speakers on trucks or from minurets.
