Three weeks post op here this coming Monday, the pain was tolerable for me. I think the most pain was in the hospital because of the drainage tubes attached to me at the time. Once those came out, the only thing I had was extreme discomfort caused by the packing inside the vagina, as well as discomfort due to the catheter I was sent home for a week. After the catheter came out there wasn’t any pain really. I sometimes take ibuprofen but that’s it.

At 4 weeks without any unusual discharge you are coming out of the woods 👍🏻 please talk to you surgeon if there are any specific new concerns though to be on the safe side!

I had a SRS a year ago and I suffered from a Neo vaginal fistula. I’m having surgery to repair the fistula on the 18th of Nov’ this month. But I was told that I would have to wait a year before I could re-open my vagina. would it be possible for me to see you regarding this operation. If so I would deeply appreciate your response.

I have had severe vaginal & introitus stenosis after having Laprascopic peritoneal pull through vaginoplasty srs mtf. What is the line of the management??? Can i do intestinal technique??

Do you refer your trans patients to phsycologists and such before you do all these surgeries or do you just do them? I saw where your being sued by several people.
