Merry Christmas Jim! I wanted to get your reaction to the new Vintera II Roadworn guitars being sold at AMS and Z sounds. They’re in lake placid blue and are supposed to be a “limited run.” I just find it interesting that Fender hasn’t announced anything. Maybe they’re testing the market?
They have been on AMS for about 7 months now, they finally got some in and shipped them out. My reaction was the same now as it was then - grossly overpriced
@@AudiomoMusic Couldn’t agree more. I do live in Rosarito and have met some people that work at the factory in Ensenada. They’re great people and they’re proud of their work. With wages going up 40% in the last six years and the higher quality of life in Mexico, I can see how you can justify a price increase on these guitars. Problem is… we all know who’s gonna be pocketing the money.
Got to love RUclips notifications. I was alerted hours after Jim's livestream.
i'm telling you Rummy, for one reason or another they just dont like me haha
Thunder Road is awesome! If I still lived in Seattle I’d be all over that double bound Custom Tele or the Shiflett Tele!
Yeah that’s a killer price on a non factory destroyed custom shop
Great stream !!
Thanks so much!
I got the notification at the very end. Too bad. I would've been on to say hi!

I do hope you had a great Christmas though, all of my Fender annoyances aside 😂
