I sure like the way you treat people Mr. Martin. Our society could learn a thing or two from you in that regard. I'll be back on Wednesday for some more Wisdom. GOD bless you Sir.
I love it Roland! It's real hard to beat this time of year in Arkansas! Turkeys gobbling, Walleye dinners with a side dish of morel mushrooms! Gah, that makes a fella feel alive! I know this is a year later, but I'm sure your in Arkansas again this spring. I'll be visiting my Ark property in another week. Maybe I'll see ya on the water!
Mr Roland, you are one of the main reasons I am into fishing. I have been watching you since I was 10 years old, and I have to say it is just as entertaining to watch you fish now as when I was a kid just learning. Besides my father, nobody has had a bigger impact on my fishing hobby than you have. Keep up the good work and please keep the videos coming!
Noticed there was no video of that big fat walleye being released..... I bet he was invited to dinner! Best eating fresh water fish out there! Keep the great vids coming Roland!

@@BAMA-2019 About the only thing I DON'T eat (when I'm "Hangry") is Possum and Cottom Mouth snakes. Everything else is "Fair Game", and that includes Large and Small Mouth BASS. Even Whit Bass, if they are runnin' over 3 pounds are good (but ya gotta cut out the strip of red from the sides, like Stripers, to take away that "fishy" taste!). Haha! As far as the cole slaw and hushpuppies go, that's FINE eating there! (I can't find a 50 pound sack of White Beans, though! I get a 50 pound bag of Pintos and a 20 to 25 pound bag of white rice every January, and that lasts me nearly a whole year. Been eating like that since the mid '40s, and I'm still a kickin'!). Haha! Those must not be very big shellcrackers ya got 'round your neck of the woods. Most of ours (that we keep) weigh over a pound, and they wouldn't fit in a fryer even with the heads cut off!
One of the best things about fishing is enjoying the fellowship of "old Friends." Willie Nelson and Roger Miller and Ray Price sing a "triette??" about the fact that you can't make new - old friends. I hope Rodney continues to improve until he is fully recovered. It was kind of you to take him out and continue the Bull Shoals tradition. I call that Laying up Treasurers. By the way, NICE WALLEYE!!!
Bull Shoals and Table Rock are my old "Stompin' Grounds"! Glad you got to fish in my "Neck of the Woods", Roland. Mighty fine fishing in most of the Ozark Lakes (and we have Great fishing in some of our little ponds and creeks, too!).
I am so excited that this channel has grown so fast and continues to grow. You bring a lot of knowledge to the table Roland and I believe consistency in uploads has been the key, I look forward to Wednesdays and Sundays!
I was really glad when Ronnie finally hooked up.. he deserved it..and then it was a double of Huge Whites! Awesome fishing! I love Striper battles🎣 Loved your 2 species catch also! Thanks Mr. Martin. God Bless you and your fishing buddies. (As an electrician, I’m renaming the A rig to the “Chandelier”😀) Fish On!
Awesome Roland, 40 years of making sure you spend that time together as friends...I’m not a fan of the Alabama rig but it seems to work awesome for y’all ...thanks again for some more tips to add to my arsenal.
You are truly a legden Sir. Even here i Norway we have been watching you on TV on the "TV network". Seeing you again on RUclips, brings back so many good memories . Thank you for posting these videos. All the best, Eivind Berulfsen.
Epic Son! Im going in the morning to a private farm pond, and i will be throwing a black Mondo worm by Googan Baits... Along with a zara spook and buzzbait. Eastern north Carolina here. :)
Hey Roland. I live about 10 minutes from bull shoals lake and I would love to meet you one of these days next time you’re down here for your anual fishing trip
You have to be careful of those cross eyed walleyes. If you look 'em in the face they sure can throw you off. Dark glasses highly recommended. Roland moving to Bull Shoals?
I remember back around 73 a couple with their baby on board a boat, the woman was running the boat her husband skiing. The baby fell out of the boat when woman made a fast turn threw the baby out. Killed the child there on Bull Shoals Lake.
I love your channel Roland but I despise the Alabama rig. It feels like cheating and every fish you catch really gets hurt with many hooks sticking into it.

I swear it doesn't get any better than Mr Roland and his excitement Haha love it

5 lb fish and 10 lbs of lure.
It doesn't get any better than this.
Major fun to watch!
Good job, guys.

Only 3 types of fish I think "worth" eating: Walleye, Red Ear (Shell Crackers down South of Arkansas), and Crappie.

Hey Roland. I live about 10 minutes from bull shoals lake and I would love to meet you one of these days next time you’re down here for your anual fishing trip

How could any angler dislike this smh

SON!!! Get like 20 likes. That’s all you need to say.
👍👍
I thought the lure was called an umbrella rig? I guess they have more than one name?
Roland what sun glasses u got on?
Flying fisherman
G.O.A.T.
They said they were in Arkansas so many times it leads me to believe they were actually in Missouri for some reason
Only a few percent is in Missouri
Have you ever fished Douglas lake or Cherokee lake here in East Tennessee?
I sure have and the a rig works great
Roland Martin Outdoors that is great to know. I’ve been struggling really hard here because I’m from SW Florida and the bass there were easy.
I grew up in the 60s fishing bull shoals..
I remember back around 73 a couple with their baby on board a boat, the woman was running the boat her husband skiing. The baby fell out of the boat when woman made a fast turn threw the baby out. Killed the child there on Bull Shoals Lake.
Where's the great American fisherman theme song? Guess that would give you a copyright strike anyway.
aint regulations 5 hook for Arkansas?
Yes but 3 hooks in Missouri!
Roland you need to take it easy. You want to be Donald Trump bro, it won’t be bad SON!
I love your channel Roland but I despise the Alabama rig. It feels like cheating and every fish you catch really gets hurt with many hooks sticking into it.
I don't fish it much
