Harvesting Manpukuji Carrots

Today I was in my garden and decided to pull a carrot to see if they were ready and I was surprised by how long these carrots were!
These Manpukuji Carrots have always been fun to grow. They get very long so if you want to grow them make sure to give them plenty of soil (at least 18 inches) that is nice and loose (no rocks or clay) so you will have straight long carrots.
