The Haideh and Nejad Project

The Haideh & Nejad Project is produced by Sheba Arts, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
The project's aim is to use the cultural legacy and life stories of Haideh and Nejad Ahmadzadeh (founders of the Iranian National Ballet Company) to connect Iranian & Kurdish diaspora children with their heritage. This will be done through a series of storytelling workshops, exploring key myths shown in the pair's dances, and through the creation of an online archive.
