I’ve been learning piano for the last year and my teacher (God bless her, she’s amazing) has kept me on scales and classical pieces since day one. I’ve been wanting to pick up worship songs so I can play in the morning as per the Psalms, but couldn’t find the time. This concise video is exactly what I needed! Dude, this is AMAZING! I've been trying to learn piano off and on for 25 years. Tonight, after watching day 1, I was downloading worship chords online and playing them and actually enjoying myself in worship on my own in front of the piano for the first time ever. DUUUUDE!!!!!!! 🤯
Your video gives me motivation, hope, delight, ants in my fingers and happiness . After flute and guitar, I love worshipping on the piano (beginner level). Played I can only imagine and some songs in German. Bless you, Garrett!! ❤

I love Suspended chords. They sound so good ending songs and just using them on different lines through songs. I am not a beginner. I still haven’t learned all the scales. I think because I’ve taught myself so it’s been a slow process. I’m gonna use the Whole and Half in a scale. I taught myself wrong so this will really help me! Thank you!

Hi. I've been going along with you videos and I'm at the scales. I've been doing good and memorizing them, but I've noticed in the chart at 3:3O. The A scale needs to be a G#. Something was off when I was playing and I had to google the right thing lol. Thanks for uploading! :)
