Thank you, @nonname9065. While it is highly unlikely that you affected your hair transplant results this long after surgery, you should be asking your surgeon who can examine your scalp for any issues. I hope this helps you.
Hello Sir, I have under eye fat bags...not of high volume, but enough to be noticed. So, shall I go costly lower eye lid blepharoplasty or is it better to try out CO2 laser with PRP first,...kindly advice me on this.
Hi @PavanKumar-mh9bs, I hope you understand that I would have to diagnose that your eye bags are caused by prolapsed orbital fat before I can recommend lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and I only perform lower blepharoplasty without removing skin, or making an incision on the eyelid skin. Most doctors perform lower eyelid surgery with a skin incision, and often remove skin, which are both more prone to complications. That said, CO2 laser, and PRP are skin treatments that can't treat lower eyelid fat prolapse safely, so it's not a recommended procedure for eye bags. Hi Dr Ameya , please can you introduce trichostem hair treatment in India ? Many Indians are waiting for getting the right treatment. Its difficult to get US visa to travel for getting treatment, one has to wait for months and some might get rejected at times. Would it be possible for you and your team to Visit Mumbai atleast for a week and treat patients who book in advance? Its very difficult to get a good doctor. We are ready to pay you in dollars.
