I needed a quick revision of the obturator nerve anatomy for a patient I am suspecting Obturator nerve entrapment....and this video gave me just exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for your work.
I also suspect obturator nerve entrapment on myself. My lower back, groin( testicles) , and down my inner front left thigh are in pain for about 8 months now. They felt better the last month and a half but just started up last week again and it's painful. Can I ask you if you were able to help the patient fix that issue and how so? I saw a video on obturator nerve flossing. I will try that. I've done lots of stretches for the lower back thinking a disc was bulging and pinching a nerve. Maybe it's a tight psoas or Iliac muscle. I'm not sure now.
These videos are fantastic, i love the music you selected. It adds a very relaxing feel to these videos. I am only disappointed in my anatomy course, they aren’t giving us enough time to go into all these fantastic details you are covering.
Trying to narrow down very painful inner thigh spasms, had them since 2011. Horrible pain, thought it was adductors first. Now I think its the gracilis, thank you for the info, I'm just looking at all possibilities. Best regards. Kathy
Mariangel Reyes I didn't see it.... I think because I had adductor in my mind through and through. Had to go back and confirm your comment... Hahahaha.
