You're such a gift.
This reminded me of the astonishing rate I forgot everything I had learned about anatomy :)
Haha
Wow. Been trying to find something as good as this for ages. Can’t tell you how useful this excellent explanation has been. Thank you!!!!
Incredible content! Very helpful for reviewing anatomy concepts.
Now I understand what might be causing my pains! Feel like I need to get my doctor n physiotherapist to watch ur videos so that they can explain such complex matters in such simple terms in only 10mins!! U r a life saver!!
First, I love the theme song! Second, I truly appreciate your engaged yet casually authoritative approach. It took me about 2 to 3 years to have a crude grasp of the anatomy of the region. I learn best in chunks and your apt presentations help enormously. My mnemonic to recall the deep external rotators of the hip inferior to piriformis is Superior Grandmothers Obliterated Immature Inferior Grandfathers.
1. Superior gemellus
2. Obturator internus
3. Inferior gemellus
Are gluteus medius and minimus the superficial external rotators of the hip?
Fantastic mnemonic!
Sam is the best one for me

Very helpful description! Could the compression of the obturator nerve cause a rhythmical fluttering sensation or spasming in the deep groin or pelvis area?
Nice
so would the obturator nerve be responsible for paraesthesia on the anterior thigh skin? I am not a student, sorry if I said it wrong! Also love his videos!
That would be the femoral nerve
which is most susceptible to damage at the area of femoral triangle
Hello there Mr. Webster. I enjoyed your video. I’m having groin nerve issues that run down from the inner to outer thigh, knee and outer shin. Do you believe that it could be my obturator nerve? I was watching your other video talking about the femoral nerve, but you stated that it’s related to bending the leg and knee and I am able to do that with little to no pain. What does cause me pain is moving my leg side to side. Can you please give me your insight? Thank you so much ❤
🙏🇺🇲💪This guy and his body parts is the BEST, pay attention, cuz the human body is complex but can be damaged so easily- For Life.
